The ground floor level boasts a large open-plan area that combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. This exquisitely designed space has a bright and airy feeling thanks to natural light that flows through full-width glazing, which also offers direct access to the pool terrace.

The living room is tastefully decorated and features a stylish L-shaped sofa, a large smart TV, and a coffee table. There is air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout the villa.

The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, kettle, toasted sandwich maker, and Turkish coffee machine. Sets of large glass sliding doors on the entrance level/ground floor open onto the fabulous extensive infinity pool area The villa boasts a 10 x 4 metres outdoor infinity edged pool with ladder access, complemented by a shallow section measuring 3 x 2.5 metres, depth 50 cm. The pool is unseen from outside the villa making it a suitable choice for those guests seeking a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.
