We comply to a secure policy procedure, to ensure that other visitors or tenants are not bothered, and keep noise levels to a fair minimum after 10pm.
Check-out is 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible but must be agreed upon prior; otherwise, check out must be prompt or chargers apply, £10 for every extra hour.
You are accountable for any damages during your stay at the disregard for the house rules. If the damages inconvenience any future visitors, you are also liable. Any refunds made to visitors as a result of unpleasant experiences brought on by your damages will be your responsibility.
