The Space:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the townhouse and consist of a small hall area as you walk from the main entrance and two main rooms one of which the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and Tv , and the bedroom area with a double bed and space for office work . Both rooms take natural light from the windows and the balcony which is connected to the bedroom. At last the bathroom has a shower and a washing machine and the Kitchenette which can be used for cooking and food storage complete this cozy , freshly painted house.

The Neighborhood:
Pagrati is an idyllic neighborhood for travelers who want a more friendly local experience of Athens, but a heart beat away from the center of the city. Although the apartment is very quiet , from the street side we would positively say the opposite . There are amazing cafes with special character each of one individually allowing you to enjoy all kinds of tastes . Enjoy excellent brunch and coffee at the local shops in Pagratio before you start exploring the city. The location of the apartment offers access to buses that can take you to the center of Athens in no time, also another asset of the neighborhood is the park of Pagratio, located opposite the apartment, for you who want to start your day with a walk in nature.

Getting Around:
There are several ways to reach the apartment from the Airport ,
a taxi ride is estimated to take about 30-40 minutes to the apartment and will cost you 40-50 euros. Alternatively, you can follow the blue train line from the airport ,where you will need approximately 30 minutes to arrive and disembark at Euagelismos square which is the nearest metro stop to the apartment , 15 minutes walking about 1 kilometre away from your destination and our meeting point.
However there are several busses that you can pick up from Riz;ari street , which is only 2 minutes away from the subway.
Specifically you can easily pick the bus routes "203" & "211" from Euagelismos bus stop , which is located in the middle of Rizari Street as you walk out of the Rizari Park, 4 stations away from stop "Square Pagratiou" depending on the time of the day , you might need approximately 10 minutes for this ride.

To reach the city center it is advisable to use metro blue line from Euegalismos , 1 stops away from Syndagma and 2 stops away Monastiraki square.
