This three bedroom apartment is split across the top two floors of this centrally located building offering oodles of space for all the family both inside and out.

A well behaved, adult, neutered dog would be considered (fee applies), so you can also bring your four-legged friend on holiday - please discuss with us in advance.

Enjoy lounging around in the sumptuous living room, dine in the well provided for kitchen/diner or take full advantage of the large sized outside patio and soak up some rays whilst al-fresco dining or just relaxing on the sun loungers.

This property benefits from its own private entrance with stairs up to the third floor where you will find a large, newly refurbished, kitchen/diner complete with oven, hob, family size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and all the usual utensils and equipment you would expect in self catering accommodation as well as a Nespresso coffee machine for a little bit of added luxury.

On a more practical level, the kitchen also houses a washing machine as well as seperate tumble dryer if you do need to quickly get a little bit of laundry done. Choose to dine in the kitchen or step through the patio doors which lead down to a large patio area with seating and dining furniture which can accommodate all guests (and then some!).

You will find a large living room with a sumptuous tan leather sofa and feature fireplace as well as smart TV (so bring your log ins) on the same level as well as a twin bedroom and separate family sized bathroom.

Go up a further flight of stairs to the top floor to find a large kingsize and super kingsize bedroom (which can be set up as a twin) - both with huge walk in wardrobes. This floor also boasts a further family sized shower room as well as a separate, Hollywood-style lit vanity unit outside.
