The property has a tiled corner garden facing the street with pedestrian entrance and driveway entrance, porch with awning, living room with double sofa bed and extendable table with 6 chairs and TV, linear kitchen overlooking the living area with induction burners, dishwasher and fridge with cell freezer, two double bedrooms and bathroom with glass shower cubicle and washing machine. All rooms are equipped with heat pump air conditioners and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The property can accommodate up to 6 people, and is equipped for each person with a mattress cover and pillow. The kitchen is complete with crockery, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery for up to 6 people. Sheets, pillowcases, tablecloths, towels, bathrobes and anything else for personal hygiene are the responsibility of the tenant.
At the end of the lease, the costs of water, electricity and gas will be calculated according to the coefficients indicated below:
