Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
An incredibly disappointing stay. From the very start of the stay, the communal areas were nothing short of disgusting. Large tubs of used cooking oil were stored in the stairwell and the carpets were filthy and greasy with the lingering smell being unbearable. The communal area is used as a cut through for staff from an adjoining bar for their breaks meaning that it’s constantly busy, smells of smoke and the front doors are frequently left open causing a potential security risk.
The apartment itself is a good size however the fixtures and fittings are incredibly tired. The apartment was generally clean but given the furniture has very questionable stains on them and the pot on the Juliet balcony is littered with cigarette butts, this was not a relaxing space at all. Although a great central location, the windows provide no insulation at all.
There was an ill fitting curtain over the drafty balcony doors. The curtain has had holes cut in it to thread it through the curtain rail. Providing little draft protection and difficult to open and close.
Again, the bedroom is a good size with a reasonable amount of hanging space for 2 people. The TV was leaning against the wall as the stand was not attached. There are no mirrors in the bedroom for getting ready, the only mirrors in the property are in the bathroom. Not ideal at all. Under the bed was filthy.
Given that the word incredible is used in the title of this property, this is not something I would endorse at all.
