2 single bunk beds) and a comfortable living area with

equipped kitchen. With
private parking (with automatic gate) available,
it can comfortably accommodate from 2 to 6 guests.

The property, completely available to guests, is located inside a Residence and has: internal parking for cars and motorbikes with automatic gate, indoor and outdoor playground areas.

Immersed in the greenery of the Abruzzo National Park, Alfedena is a small village close t Roccaraso and Villetta Barrea Lake, well known for finest stone-manufacturing (the well-known sampietrino) which over the centuries has embellished and adorned the most important streets and squares of Rome (among these, Saint Peter Square), it is a convenient landing place for those who want to enjoy nature, clean air, good Kitchen. Among the main attractions: in winter and autumn the ski slopes (the Roccaraso area can be reached in a few minutes by car), in spring and summer: trekking, horse riding and much more that you will discover upon your arrival.

In order to better enjoy the beauties of the place, we recommend guests traveling by car or motorbike, the structure has a private parking (with automatic gate) free of charge for guests
