It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals, such as an electric stove, a microwave and a kettle.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

This is the perfect place to explore the beautiful city of Porto. Located in the heart of the town, it is near some of the most iconic attractions, such as the Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Casa da Música, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower and the Ageas Porto Coliseum.

You can also find various restaurants and bars in and around the area, such as Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, and Restaurante Mineirão - Cais de Gaia. If you're looking for a coffee fix, Café Guarany is an excellent spot.

Conveniently located only a few minutes away from three major stations, São Bento Station, Aliados, and São Bento, this area is perfect for those who can easily access all the city attractions. The stations provide easy access to all the local landmarks, shopping areas and nightlife, making Porto a popular destination.

Note: Do expect some noise as the property is located centrally and on a busy street. There is also an Asian restaurant adjoining the apartment building, and occasionally, the common areas may smell like the cooking.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
