Lakefront historic house in Caslano (MERIGGI LAKEFRONT)

Do you wish to visit Ticino and are looking for a solution with ample space and far from the hustle and bustle of the city? The vintage atmosphere in MERIGGI LAKEFRONT will make your vacation in Caslano unforgettable! This vintage house enjoys a wonderful location, situated right in front of the water to the west of the village of Caslano, and captivates you with its well-kept details that give you an all in the past, such as the furnishings, the floors, the fabrics.
The house is on two levels. The ground floor is composed as follows: the living room, with a sofa where you can relax reading a book or watching a movie, and a dining table, also suitable for working and studying; next to it, the separate kitchen, large and complete with everything you need to cook like at home, and a dining table for 4; finally, the service bath. Going up the staircase, there is the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms, both furnished with a large closet for storing one's luggage, and a small bedroom with a single bed.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.
The house has a large garden in which to enjoy the outdoors and the mild Ticino climate, admiring the beauty of the lake. The patio is equipped with a large table for 8 people where you can have outdoor lunches and dinners.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi for the guests.

The house does not have private parking, but it is possible to park in the public parking lots right in front of the gate.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.
