A sunlit apartment that's best experienced at the peak of summer, this one bedroom apartment can accommodate a group of four with ease. A comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double-bed, and TV can be found in the living space, while the kitchen has all the essentials needed to handle light cooking. There's also two small and private balconies on both sides of the apartment to enjoy the pool, and surrounding neighbourhood.

The bedroom is fitted with double bed and comes with built-in wardrobe to safely store your luggage and personal items. Hotel quality linens are provided for both beds for a comfortable nights rest.

The bathroom has all the basics, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your personal convenience.

Cleaning and sanitation is done before your anticipated arrival.

Punta Prima is a quiet residential area popular for its seafront promenade and laid-back beaches, particularly Cala Ferris, a small rocky cove of clear water backed by palm trees. Relaxed eateries scattered across the neighborhood serve traditional Spanish food, Asian cuisine, and fish ‘n’ chips. There’s a go-kart track with courses for kids and adults, and basic shops at the Punta Marina commercial center.

Punta Prima is a small town on the Mediterranean coast in Valencia, Spain. Visitors can easily explore the town on foot or by bicycle, or rent a car or take a taxi. Neighboring towns such as Torrevieja and Alicante are just a short drive away, and Valencia is about 2.5 hours away by car. The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche Airport, located about 45 kilometers north of Punta Prima, which offers regular flights to destinations throughout Europe and beyond, as well as car rental options.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
