On the first floor there is a spacious twin bedroom, a bathroom and one airy room with an armchair offering direct access to the pool-facing terrace. This room does not have a door and could be used as a single room for a child. The upper floor of the villa is entirely occupied by the master bedroom suite, with a double bed, a large bathroom and high quality finishing, this room is a true delight! Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
