Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through for your relaxation and comfort.

The property has a log burner to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the private garden.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television (including Netflix, Apple TV, etc.) and internet access.

This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.
The second bedroom contains 3 single beds.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.

Linen, towels, shower gel, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property (There is a gate located behind the property please use for your convenience).
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property for up to 2 Cars (If additional cars are required please arrange before arrival)
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- There is a cleaning fee of £50.
