Balat is one of the unique neighbourhoods on the European Side of the city famous for its narrow cobbled streets and colorful houses as well as the hipster cafes and galleries in the area. This neighborhood offers plenty of opportunities to explore the city through many ways; you can enjoy taking a walk in the colorful streets, visit historical buildings or walk around the coast line. You will be near cultural and historical centers such as the Greek Ecumenical Patriarchate basilica, synagogues, and Byzantine churches that reflect the multi-cultural structure of the city.

We also allow reservation date modifications; we expect our guests to notify us as early as possible so we can help them out swiftly.

We believe that fighting against the virus is a shared responsibility. Hence, we kindly request our guests to use protective gear such as face masks and gloves before their arrival and dispose of them properly following their check-in.
