You will have the entire house to yourself. Both the kitchen and bathroom will be equipped with all essentials. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided.

Bodrum is one of the colorful and vibrant districts in Mugla where you can find peace of mind in a green and fresh environment and enjoy a warm climate throughout the year. -Our house is also suitable for long-term rentals of 100 days or more. By signing a rental agreement, you can move into your new home on the same day with just your suitcase, without paying any real estate agent or moving expenses.
Home truth: As indicated in the photos, only specific rooms are equipped with AC. Not all rooms have air conditioning.
The pool is available for use after 1 June.
Please be informed that we will not be able to confirm or process your check-in safely without your ID registration. As a result, it's most likely that you might face severe constraints and disruptions during your stay if you fail to meet this requirement prior to your check-in.

Our cancellation policy
We know how difficult and unpredictable it has become globally to travel from one place to another. Therefore, we have updated our cancellation policy making it flexible for unexpected changes. We also allow reservation date modifications; we expect our guests to notify us as early as possible so we can help them out swiftly.

Guest reservations
We believe that fighting against the virus is a shared responsibility. Hence, we kindly request our guests to use protective gear such as face masks and gloves before their arrival and dispose of them properly following their check-in.
