You're welcomed into a hall with the bright kitchen/breakfast room to your left; large living room, with French doors opening to the courtyard garden ahead of you, and the cloakroom and carpeted stairs to your right.
LIVING ROOM
This large L shaped living room has double doors onto the patio garden and is comfortably furnished with two large sofas, an armchair with footstool and coffee tables. Entertainment’s provided with a 27 inch TV with Freesat and IPlayer, DAB radio/ipod dock and a Blue Ray DVD player with CDs, DVDs, books, games provided.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
A sunny kitchen equipped for self-catering with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a three drawer freezer . There's a sturdy table with four chairs in the corner.

Carpeted stairs rise from the hall to the first-floor landing where there’s a bookcase stacked with reading and reference material for you to enjoy. Doors open to both bedrooms and the bathroom.

At the front of the property, this large bedroom has a king-size bed with bedside tables, and space for your belongings in a blanket box, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.

Sitting quietly at the back overlooking the garden. Furnished with sturdy wooden twin beds, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
