Villa Chiara is a splendid traditional Tyrolean-style Chalet with a view of the Sciliar, one of the most famous emblems of the Dolomites.
Located a few minutes walk from the Cableway for the Alpe di Siusi, the house has 2 magnificent living rooms, 2 kitchens, 6 comfortable and welcoming bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a large garden for exclusive use.

The Space

Constructed in the early 1900s, the house has been recently modernized and is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for characteristic and special accommodation.
On the first floor, you have access to the kitchen and two large living rooms with mountain views. Here you will find a large table for your meals, armchairs and sofas, access to the balcony and terrace, also equipped with a large table and benches. Also on this floor, in the room with the characteristic bow window, there is a television, two sofas and armchairs. Both living-rooms are idea for: dining, playing cards, watching television, studying or working. The floor is completed by two comfortable bathrooms and a bedroom with two single beds.

On the ground floor, connected by a comfortable internal staircase, you will find 5 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Three rooms are double, one with two joinable beds and one with two single beds and a bunk bed.
In every room of the house, there is good wifi coverage (FIBRE) and heating.

Access for guests
You can access all the rooms you see in the photos, the terrace, the balcony and the garden with exclusive use. Barbecue and table tennis are available upon request.

Other things to keep in mind
The house was built in the early 1900s and has recently been modernized. It is the place where we owners, a large family of over 15 people, spend our summer and winter holidays and which, from 2022, we have decided to share with travelers from all over the world.
You will find a welcoming environment, full of art, memories and with a beautiful view. Some rooms have been renovated in the last year, we have added a kitchen on the lower floor and made various improvements while respecting the original architecture: the house is ideal for those who, in addition to modern comforts, love traditional accommodation with unique characteristics.

By taking the car, the bus, the bicycle or the cable car you can visit the other villages around (Castelrotto, Fiè, Presule), the church of San Valentino, the incredible Alpe di Siusi which together with Val Gardena form a fantastic ski area which boasts 181 km of slopes and 79 cableways: the largest in the Dolomites! In the 2023/2024 winter season, the area is open from 07.12.2023 to 07.04.2024, but the Alpe can be used in every season for walks for all types of hikers, runners and cycling lovers.
