Kadikoy is a lively district with a variety of things to offer - from countless modern cafes, through local and international restaurants, art galleries, and bazaars full of spices and souvenirs, to big shopping centers with domestic and international brands. Kadikoy is Istanbul’s Asian hub with bus and ferry terminals, so there is always plenty going on. It lies along the coastline, with a wide promenade from which you can watch ferries departing to the European side of the city and Princes’ Islands (Adalar). Although distant, Sultanahmet with Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque can be seen from Kadikoy’s shore.

Getting Around:
Bostanci Marmaray Station:
Located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, the Bostanci Marmaray Station is a crucial public transportation point that provides easy and quick access to both the European side and other areas of the Anatolian side via the Marmaray line. It’s about 3 minutes away.
Bagdat Avenue:
It’s about 5 minutes away. Located on the Asian side of Istanbul, this avenue is a shopping and lifestyle center filled with luxury boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and stores. Known for its pine trees and wide sidewalks, Bagdat Avenue is a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
Moda Coast:
It’s about 15 minutes away. Moda Coast, one of the most popular and calm areas of Kadikoy, is an ideal place to walk and picnic facing the Marmara Sea. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and parks, this coast is a perfect refuge for those who want to escape a bit from Istanbul's bustling life.
Fenerbahce Park:
A large and green area, Fenerbahce Park is a great place to do sports, have picnics, or just relax. It also hosts children's playgrounds, a pond, and numerous beautiful flower and tree species. It’s about 15 minutes away.
Sureyya Opera House:
Located in the heart of Kadikoy, this building is the only opera house on the Asian side of Istanbul. It hosts opera performances as well as a variety of concerts and artistic events. It’s about 20 minutes away.
There are also many entertaining venues around.

Good to know: There is a portable air conditioner available.
Home truth: As indicated in the photos, only specific rooms are equipped with AC. Not all rooms have air conditioning.

We know how difficult and unpredictable it has become globally to travel from one place to another. Therefore, we have updated our cancellation policy making it flexible for unexpected changes. We also allow reservation date modifications; we expect our guests to notify us as early as possible so we can help them out swiftly.

Guest reservations
We believe that fighting against the virus is a shared responsibility. Hence, we kindly request our guests to use protective gear such as face masks and gloves before their arrival and dispose of them properly following their check-in.
