Villa Vector House, a treasure in the Kalamar area of Kalkan.

A newly built detached villa which was built in such a way that there are two apartments, both with two bedrooms, ensuring that there is room for one party of up to eight people or two families of up to four to share.  

Located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan and only 1.5 km from the town centre - Kalkan Taxi Rank, in proximity to Kalamar Beach Club.

As you enter the gate you have two then a further seven steps to go up and turning to the right you will reach the door to the villa. You will also find the external stairs leading up to the 1st floor accommodation.

The outside ground floor terrace contains a pool with sun loungers for your enjoyment, whilst on the 1st floor there is also a terrace.
 
Once you step inside the ground floor villa, you will be impressed with the modern decor and the facilities the villa has to offer.

You enter into the lounge on the ground floor, two steps up lead you to a fully equipped kitchen with a lovely dining area, where there are a further two steps leading down into the lounge which has floor to ceiling windows and a sliding patio door overlooking the pool.
 
Leading off from the kitchen/dining areas you will find two bedrooms and a family bathroom with a rainforest shower, toilet and basin. The 1st bedroom contains two single beds with the bathroom next to it, while the 2nd bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower - rainforest and standard shower head, toilet and basin. There is a sliding patio door that leads to the terrace and pool area.

Outside you will see the marble and wrought iron staircase which will take you up to the 1st floor apartment.

In the 1st floor apartment you will enter via the lounge which is open plan to the kitchen, there are two double bedded bedrooms and a family bathroom with a combination shower - Rainforest and standard shower head, along with the toilet and basin. One of the bedrooms has a patio door leading out onto the terrace

The 1st floor terrace has sun loungers and a jacuzzi, here you can enjoy the beautiful sea views of Kalamar Bay and watch the sunset.

The villa is fully fitted with aircon units.

Located not far from the shops and restaurants of the Kalamar area. The villa has off-road parking space for one car, should you require it.

Our villa does not have a sheltered/privacy screen, therefore it is not suitable for our conservative families.

Kalkan - with its wonderful shops and plentiful restaurants, some with roof terraces and some that are tucked away in the side streets. Bookings for restaurants is essential if you want that particular restaurant on that particular night, especially in July, August and September.

The Beach and Harbour where boat trips regularly leave for both daytime and sunset cruises, advanced booking is essential especially during the months of July, August and September.

There are numerous Beach Clubs, the majority with boats that will take you from the harbour to their club, some with water sports, and some with a swimming pool, we even have a beach club that has film nights and yoga sessions for your enjoyment. Advanced bookings are essential, especially during the months of July, August and September.

We can help you with all your transfers, trips and other bookings that you require - bookings for restaurants, boats and beach clubs is obviously dependent upon their availability.

There is a £40 charge for guests arriving after 8pm, unless they are being collected by our airport transfer service, this to be paid in advance of arrival at the property.
