Other things to note
HOUSE RULES
• Please respect check-in and check-out times - these cannot be varied.
• Please always show consideration to other residents and vehicles.
• Shoes should not be worn in carpeted areas.
• No parties, events or unregistered guests are permitted due to insurance
requirements and legal/Airbnb laws and regulations.
• Please ensure quiet time after 10 pm.
• Please avoid eating or drinking in bedrooms. Enjoy your meal in the dining
area.
• Keep an eye on your children for safety/convenience of other residents.
• No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Please ensure any electronics are turned off when you leave the house.
Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
• A Moroccan Marriage Contract must be provided whenever there are
two or more adults of different genders where at least one is Moroccan.
• Please report ANY soiling, damage or breakage in a timely manner. Repairs
and deep cleans must be paid by guests or they will be reported to Airbnb.
• Please wash any glasses/dishes and throw out any garbage before
checkout - otherwise an additional charge of dh200 will be charged to you
or escalated to Airbnb.
