You enter through a gated entrance, making the property private and secluded, ideal for our conservative guests.

As you enter the property into the open plan Lounge/Dining and Kitchen area, which is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, oven and washing machine along with dishes and kitchen utensils and tasteful decor, you will notice the patio doors leading out to the terrace, where you will find an infinity pool with a sunken bed area, and the most amazing views across the land to the Patara Beach area. Here you can while away your time relaxing on the sun loungers.

There is an outside covered dining area with table and chairs along with a BBQ, which is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset or sunrise as you listen to the sounds of nature.

On entering the master double bedroom you will see the en-suite bathroom with combination shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, toilet and sink.
The bedroom contains a double bed and has patio doors leading out to the terrace and those amazing views, but here you will also find your own large indoor jacuzzi pool, made specifically for the villa, with a big window providing that perfect view once more.
The jacuzzi pool can be heated which is at an additional cost, should you wish to have it heated please contact us to discuss the price.

The second bedroom contains two single beds and also has an en-suite bathroom with combination shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, toilet and sink.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, has free Wi-Fi and with a parking area.

Located in the hills of the Lapaz area of Islamlar with stunning views across the land to the Patara Beach area, listen to the sound of the birds and nature, relax and unwind around the pool as the sunsets or sunrises. Let the stresses and strains of everyday life disappear as you immerse yourself in this setting.

Kalkan - with its wonderful shops and plentiful restaurants, some with roof terraces and some that are tucked away in the side streets. Bookings for restaurants is essential if you want that particular restaurant on that particular night, especially in July, August and September.

The Beach and Harbour where boat trips regularly leave for both daytime and sunset cruises, advanced booking is essential especially during the months of July, August and September.

There are numerous Beach Clubs, the majority with boats that will take you from the harbour to their club, some with water sports, and some with a swimming pool, we even have a beach club that has film nights and yoga sessions for your enjoyment. Advanced bookings are essential, especially during the months of July, August and September.

We can help you with all your transfers, trips and other bookings that you require - bookings for restaurants, boats and beach clubs is obviously dependent upon their availability.
There is a £40 charge for guests arriving after 8pm, unless they are being collected by our airport transfer service, this to be paid in advance of arrival at the property.
