The Space:
Our luxurious villas are built within a huge private garden.

~Villa Ariadni: On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with open plan kitchen and dinning area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
On the top floor there is a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
There is a large fully furnished shaded patio with a dinning table, which leads to our huge private garden. There is also a BBQ at your disposal which might be used freely according to the Civil Protection guidelines (we are within a forest area). You will also have access to our block's public pool, which is fairly large!

~Villa Erato: On the ground of the two floors, there is a comfortable living room with open plan kitchen and dinning area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the top floor there is a single bedroom with an additional foldable bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
There is a large fully furnished shaded patio with a dinning table, which leads to our huge private garden. There is also a BBQ at your disposal which might be used freely according to the Civil Protection guidelines (we are within a forest area). You will also have access to our block's public pool, which is fairly large!

All house areas are independently air conditioned and professional cleaning is included twice a week and pets might be welcome upon advance arrangement.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the house and they can also join the block's public pool! The pool is open until the 30th of September!

Take a stroll along the picturesque marina and long beach of the nearby village where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, bars, and beach-bars. There's even a traditional tavern serving local dishes just 500m from the villa.
You'll have access to a wide variety of beaches to suit every taste, including the sandy Sani (700m), Anemos (1km), Bousoulas (2km), Andreas beach (2km), Simantro beach (3.5km), Kipsa beach (4 km), Chelona beach (8km), and Nea Fokaia beach (10km). You can also explore many smaller and more secluded spots that are waiting to be discovered.
There's also plenty to explore in the nearby villages and natural sights. Take a day trip to Posidi (35km) with its intense touristic activity and vivid nightlife, or visit Aegeopelagitika, a settlement located in an area full of pine and olive trees, which is perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation.
For history enthusiasts, make a road trip to Nea Potidea, an ancient site overlooking the clear blue waters of Thermaikos and Toroneos gulfs, or visit the ancient city of Olynthos. Don't forget to check out the folklore museum of Kassandra, located in the picturesque little village of Afytos.
