Luxury Villa Sea Flower, with a private heated pool (30 m2), is a traditional dalmatian Villa, perfect for families. It is located in Sevid, a small peninsula between Trogir and Sibenik. It is thirty meters away from the sea and has a stunning beach.

Sevid is a small place in Middle Dalmatia, a former fishing village located close to Trogir and Sibenik. It was named after St. Vid's church, located on the southern slopes of Sevid, in the Krc area. Anglers from Rogoznica made a settlement around St. Vid's church. Sevid is the perfect place for an easygoing, quiet vacation. Untouched nature and crystal clear blue sea make Sevid one of the top holiday spots in Croatia. On the top of the hill, you can still find remains of St. Vid's church, and in the bay of Old Trogir, there are remains of an ancient Roman villa that served as a harbor to ancient Romans. Church of St. Ante was built on Planka Cape, honored by the seafarers who survived the maritime accident. The surrounding area is overflowing with Mediterranean vegetation, secular vineyards, and olive fields appropriate for relaxed walks or bike rides. Numerous nearby islands and islets are ideal for a boat trip. This small resort in a Mediterranean atmosphere has everything one needs for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

This private pet friendly villa is spread over a plot of 600 m2 with a living area of 135 m2. It consists of the ground floor, the first floor, and a smaller building separate from the house.

In the garden of this rental villa there is a private heated pool (30 m2) surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, loggia with a dining table for eight people, and a traditional oven grill. The covered lounge area is perfect for afternoon relaxation.

This villa for vacation has two fully equipped kitchens inside the Villa and a separate summer kitchen. The Villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is in a separate building.
