The apartments are easily accessed via the elevator, so you won’t need to be dragging bags up stairs when you arrive. These are modern places to stay, designed to appeal to contemporary tastes, with open plan living room, kitchen, and dining areas in which you and your fellow guests can gather and relax as well as prepare and enjoy meals. You also get a Juliette balcony.

The lounge area has plenty of comfy seating for you to settle back and relax on after a hard day’s sightseeing (or maybe you’re in Southampton to work?) Either way, grab the remote and flick through the channels on the 40-inch flat screen TV which gives you the chance to watch satellite channels.

You also get a dining table, ideal if you need space to get some work done (of course fast wifi serves the whole apartment). Or you can use the table for games and to enjoy the meals you’ve created in the kitchen. And it’s a kitchen that has all you need to get the bacon sizzling, toast popping, and coffee or tea brewing for breakfast, and to create snacks and meals anytime of day.

Visiting Southampton on business? Staying in one of these apartments will make a welcome change to a cramped hotel or B&B. And you can easily reach Southampton’s business districts from Eighteen East.

If you want to stay near a friend or family member who’s having treatment at University Hospital Southampton, Royal South Hants Hospital, Princess Anne Hospital, or even Spire Southampton Hospital, renting one of our apartments will enable you to do so.

Buses serve the local area and can get you to a big selection of destinations, or you can always order taxis during your stay. If you’re driving, although there is no parking on-site, there is a 24-hour multi-storey car park just a minute’s walk from the apartments.

Southampton Central railway station can also be easily reached from here (0.7miles away), with train services able to take you to London as well as Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Weymouth, and many other destinations. There are even train services all the way up to Newcastle from here!

And given its rich maritime history, you won’t be surprised to learn that Southampton has a seaport from where you can catch ferry services to the Isle of Wight.

There’s also Southampton Airport, with services flying to destinations across the UK and Europe including Manchester, Edinburgh, Dublin, and Belfast.
