Das Anwesen ist ein sehr sauber, vor kurzem renoviert 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad Haus mit viel Charme. Gewölbedecken, eine große Küche, mexikanische Fliesenboden und Flachbild-Fernseher in jedem Zimmer machen das Haus ein wunderbarer Ort zum Übernachten. Keine Haustiere und Nichtraucher bitte.

Delray Beach Sehenswürdigkeiten Delray Beach hat eine fantastische 2-Meile Strand und lebendige Innenstadt. Atlantic Avenue ist bekannt als der Ort, um zu essen, zu trinken und haben eine tolle Zeit bekannt. Private and Clean home

Very clean home but make sure to bring your own soap, dish soap, toilet paper and condiments. Quiet neighborhood and close to downtown and beach. we had an issue with the cable in the living room and Jennifer was quick to send a friend over to try to fix it but he was unable to. My husband was able to make a temporary fix. Overall a great place!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean and well stocked. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and just a very short drive to the hustle and bustle of the beach and Atlantic Avenue. Close to the grocery store and essentials. Jennifer was super helpful with all of our questions. Our first trip to Delray won't be our last!

House.

Great property and great sponsor. Just know that there is no shampoo or soap or sugar or any food provided. It's just the house, you have to buy everything else, which was a bit annoying when we arrived.

Not as expected

My best friend and I went to spend a few days in Delray and selected this property based on convenience and reviews. The property had plenty of space and a lot of potential. Disappointed because it wasn't clean (previous guest things under bed, dirty laundry in hamper), smelled musty and wasn't stocked like most VRBO properties (no soap, extra toilet paper). The property manager communicated when messaged, but no real clear instructions upon arrival or departure like I've experienced with others.

3 week booking. Not as expected.

On a positive note, Its a quiet neighborhood - can walk to grocery (Publix), CVS, & Atlantic Ave restaurants - about a mile each, 20 minutes or so. The beach is a little further, 1.5 miles, about a 30 minute walk. Plenty of parking at those destinations also. Lake Ida park area is closer; fish, boat, or just enjoy the scenery, but there is no swimming. The house is laid out nicely: a/c, bathrooms & kitchen appliances seemed to work fine. I would not really call it "downtown" Delray beach, but its close enough. Accurate Interior pictures. However, - As another reviewer noted, which we missed, there is no lawn in the backyard (as was shown in photos); this has been replaced completely with dark brown mulch, or green mulch, depending what door. This was disappointing and uncomfortable. There is a nice lawn in the front yard, however not private. - We had read a review about the gas grill not being functional & a safety hazard, 6 months before we booked our stay. We assumed it would have been replaced, however, the 5 burner stainless steel grill, as shown in the photos when we booked, was still on-site & completely rusted out and still very inoperable when we arrived. It was replaced after we emailed Jennifer, with a brand new, however, much smaller grill of lower quality than a new version of the original model. The old grill was still sitting in the front yard by the driveway when we left. -Upon arrival to the rental - we noticed a strong musty odor. The window air conditioners were filthy dirty and one had mold growing on the outside of it. Jennifer had them all cleaned by someone and the smell was mostly gone, however, pretty sure there is still mold present in at least one a/c unit. We both have mold allergies, so this was uncomfortable. We did not stay in the rental for a few days, and stayed in a hotel at our expense - waiting for Jennifer to respond, which she did within 24 hours, to try to remedy the mold, grill, and some other issues. As of yet, no refund for those nights we could not occupy the unit. We were on vacation. We do not want to call or have to negotiate with the host or VRBO. We were disappointed that no attempts were made by the host (or VRBO) to make sure we were happy or to follow up after our initial complaint. Jennifer did do things to try to make it comfortable for us in response to our email. It was not quite enough for us. It is a quaint little place, with a new grill, close to things - maybe you will enjoy it!

Great place great location

Perfect spot for a holiday near the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants Delray has to offer. Host was very quick on communication, easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay again. Only note would be to re-up supply of cleaning supplies for kitchen.

Very disappointed

We rented this property based on the photos provided on the listing. We wanted a nice backyard - the pictures showed a nice green yard with lots of sun. Instead, the yard was dug up. When we contacted the owner to complain, she said the garden had been infected by fungus, as an explanation for the unacceptable state it was in. In addition, the a/c was extremely noisy at night, making sleeping difficult. Furniture was badly maintained and really didn’t get value for our money. The owner did not handle our issues but only responded arrogantly there was nothing she could do to make up for the inconvenience. We have rented extensively with VRBO and have been very pleased in the past -this was our worst experience.

My parents came from out of state to be with my ailing grandmother. Jennifer was so accommodating and willing to extend their stay at the last minute. They felt so comfortable in this home instead of staying in a hotel room with little amenities. Thank you so much, Jennifer!!

A nice comfy house

I stayed in this house with my husband and son. It is a nice, comfortable place located in a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes drive from Atlantic Ave. Check in and check out were easy and we found the house clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and and fully equipped as it was the kitchen that was also functional. The laundry room was a plus and the AC units worked properly. Communication with Jennifer was excellent. I will return to this property and will recommend it to family and friends.

Nice cottage

This is a nice property, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just few minutes from Atlantic Avenue. The place was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the laundry room was a plus. Comunications was excellent. I will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

A nice house in a great neighborhood

The house itself is spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is lovely and convenient to downtown, the beach, and the Lake Ida park and playground. There were disappointments with the house, however, including an outdoor gas grill that we didn't dare to cook on because of its deteriorated condition and lack of cleanliness. It needs to be replaced. The kitchen was poorly stocked. And while we were there (2 weeks), three palm trees were removed from the front yard with no advance notice. The A/C in the master bedroom was on its last legs when we arrived and didn't properly cool the room. The good news there was, when we complained to Jennifer (the owner), she promptly replaced it with a stronger unit that worked nicely. In our opinion, a few tweaks to the house as noted above will make a big difference in the quality of the stay there.

Lovely older home with lots of character. Owner was easy to reach when necessary. The only complaint was the master br a/c wasn't working and couldn't be replaced during our stay so one of our group had to stay elsewhere. The owner accommodated by issuing a one night refund. The house was very clean, kitchen was well equipped and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Easter in Delray Beach

House is located in a great neighborhood located 1.0 mi from downtown and 1.0 mi from a major grocery store and 8 min from I-95. Rooms were spacious. Having laundry and supplies available was a bonus as well as beach towels and a bag to use!

A lovely house.

The house is quiet and clean in a nice neighborhood. You can drive to the beach in 5 minutes and there is a nice lake you walk to a mile away. Great location near stores and restaurants. I wish the master bedroom had a king size bed, it was small.

Nice house, great Location

House was very nice. Not able to watch any TV, cable wasn't working at all. No Internet, you can sign in but couldn't even go on Facebook, not able to stream Netflix or any service. Dryer didn't work but they did get that fixed within 24 hours of notification. Backyard pictures on site had grass, there is not it is all mulch. We overall liked the house just happy I downloaded a bunch of movies before we got there.

Satisfactory

Everything was very satisfactory. Very Very Clean. Disappointed in the TV channels (Only 3 major channels). Picnic table and chairs need to be replace. No instructions on what to do with trash. All in All we would rent again.

They were very expedient when we had an issue upon arriving. The location to dining, arts and shopping was excellent. We walked most of the time. The beach is clean and very accessible.

Just the place we needed

Had to spend a few days in Delray/Boca for client meetings and this house was perfect for us. Very nice neighborhood, the home was clean and spacious. The WiFi was fast too! :) - Thanks to Jennifer for the great communication. Will look to stay here again the next time we're down south. Thanks!
