Tina und Franco heißen Sie herzlich willkommen im Agriturismo La Tinaia, ihrem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb, der in einer natürlichen Umgebung auf den schönen Hügeln des florentinischen Chianti-Gebiets liegt, nur 10 km vom Zentrum von Florenz entfernt.

Das Anwesen ist nur 10 Minuten (5 km) von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle in Scandicci entfernt und von dort aus erreichen Sie in nur 18 Minuten das Zentrum von Florenz.

La Tinaia befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage inmitten einer unglaublich malerischen Gegend der Toskana. Das Bauernhaus ist von Weinbergen, Olivenhainen und Wäldern umgeben. Alle 5 Wohnungen sind gemütlich, hell und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf die Hügel. Sie wurden mit besonderer Sorgfalt restauriert, wobei die Merkmale des toskanischen Bauernhauses beibehalten wurden.

Der Agriturismo La Tinaia ist besonders empfehlenswert für diejenigen, die ihren Urlaub im Zeichen der Ruhe verbringen und das einzigartige künstlerische und naturalistische Erbe der Toskana entdecken möchten. Ein Urlaub auf La Tinaia ist auch der ideale Zeitpunkt, um unsere erstklassigen Chianti-Weine und das von uns produzierte Olivenöl zu probieren.

Einmal pro Woche kochen wir ein typisches Abendessen für unsere Gäste.

Der große Garten bietet Platz für Mahlzeiten im Freien, ein Schwimmbad, eine Sonnenterrasse, einen Grillplatz und einen Platz zum Boccia spielen. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es Trekking- und Mountainbikewege. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, 2 E-Bikes zu mieten.

Toskana-Tour: in weniger als einer Stunde können Sie die wichtigsten künstlerischen und architektonischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana erreichen: Fiesole, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Vinci (Leonardo da Vinci), Siena, Pisa, Volterra, Radda, Greve.

Nice place to relax or making any excursions

The Location is very nice between vineyards and close to Florence. You can relax at the pool, cycling the hully landscape or visit cities like Florence, Siena or Pisa. The proprietors are very kind and do everything to make your stay unforgettable.

Geweldige accommodatie!

Wat en heerlijke plek. Prachtig landgoed met fijne appartementen en zwembad en bovenal echt geweldige hosts! Tina en Franco zijn zo ontzettend vriendelijk en willen graag helpen met alles. Wij hadden autopech en Franco heeft ons tot tweemaal toe met de auto weggebracht. Ook de wijn die ze maken is heerlijk!

Trés belle location

Tina et Franco parlent bien français et s'avèrent être des hôtes charmants. Cette location est tranquille et spacieuse. L'accès à Florence est pratique: 15min de voiture jusqu'à un parc relai gratuit et 20 min de tramway. La vue sur les oliviers et les vignes est magique. Je recommanderai ce gîte à mes amis!

Perfect Italian Getaway!

My husband and I stayed in the LA VIGNA room at Agriturismo La Tinaia for our anniversary. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. The room was larger than we had anticipated. The first floor has a little eat in kitchen with a couch and TV. The views from the kitchen table are gorgeous! The bedroom is a loft room. It was a warm August and the air conditioner was wonderful to have after a long warm day! The room was extremely clean. The location of La Tiania is very central to the region. We took many did day trips, a car is a must! The tram to Florence is right in town and is very convenient, it takes you straight into Florence's main train terminal. We even did a day trip to Rome because it was so easy! Because we got an early start to each day, we were back in time to relax by the pool in the afternoon. It was so peaceful. The wine and olive oil is excellent. (I would advise to buy a case or two to take home) There is a wonderful little market in town that Tina and Franco suggested to go to. Don't let the size fool you, it has everything you need and more (and everything is very fresh!)! Perfect to take back a light dinner with a house wine and eat under the grape arbor while watching the sun set!! Tina suggested a wonderful little restaurant within walking distance, which we would suggest to go to at least one night. The meat there is very good! All of Tina and Franco's suggestions were actually wonderful. They were so nice and accommodating and very helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Tina and Franco for a wonderful experience!

Beau et paisible

Un endroit parfait : calme, élégant et bien situé dans les collines au-dessus de Florence. Nous y avons passé deux semaines enchanteresses partagées entre visites de Florence (le tramway est vraiment très pratique), les excursions dans les autres villes de Toscane (compter une bonne heure de route pour Pise, Sienne et Lucques) et le repos dans un studio à la climatisation naturelle et au bord d'une piscine bien agréable. Accueil chaleureux et précieux conseils de Tina (et son excellent français) et de Franco (qui est un très très bon cuisinier, profitez des copieux repas qu'ils proposent). Bref nous gardons d'excellents souvenirs de notre séjour en Toscane et nous recommandons chaudement cette adresse.

Wonderful Stay

Ruhige Ostern in der Provence

Die sehr persönlich geführte kleine Ferienanlage auf einem alten Weingut liegt sehr ruhig auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Scandicci (Vorort von Florenz). Tina und Franko hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und guten Wein im Keller! Den Pool in der liebevoll gestalteten Gartenanlage konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da wir sehr früh im Jahr da waren und er noch nicht in Betrieb war. Dafür haben wir es uns auf der Hollywoodschaukel gemütlich gemacht und uns Abends in der gut geheizten Wohnung etwas schönes gekocht. Die Wohnung war sauber, rustikal und gemütlich, das Bett sehr bequem! Man ist schnell mit der Straßenbahn in Florenz und mit dem Auto in Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio und Sienna. Wie hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und können die Anlage uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Muito bom

Os donos são ótimos anfitriões. O lugar é limpo e muito bem cuidado. O WiFi é ruim (parece que é o "Padrão" na Itália). O Apt. tem tudo que se precisa. Os donos produzem um vinho Chianti DOCG muito bom, além de Azeite. Pode-se participar de um jantar para todos os hóspedes (pago a parte) onde o Proprietário faz pratos deliciosos acompanhados do vinho deles. Ao chegar, você tem que ir ao Supermercado na cidade de Scandicci (8 km) e comprar tudo. É necessário um carro. As estradas são simples mas muito boas. Pode-se passear por toda a Toscana a partir daqui. Par ir a Florença, vá para Scandicci e deixe o carro em um Estacionamento (gratuito). Pegue um trenzinho (igual a um Metro) que te deixa na Estação Central de Florença (Santa Maria Novella).

A lovely, well situated oasis!

Fantastic to explore Tuscany, Milan and Marenello

We use this reqally nice villa as our base to explore Florence, Siena, Pisa, Milan and Ferrari at Marenello. Visited at vineyard on one of our tours but the wine wasn't as good at Franco and Tina's wines and olive oil. They made us very welcome, there were four adults and we all would recommend this peaceful well appointed villa. As advised you need a car and we found the local restaurant just a short walk and very good. All these things make this a great place to have a hyoliday.

Lovely stay at La Tinaia

Our family of three recently enjoyed a terrific six night stay at La Tinaia. This agriturismo is ideally situated. The property is located about 15 minutes away from Florence, which can be accessed by either car or metro-train. Despite being close to the city, La Tinaia was tranquil-- with beautiful grounds that back onto a lush forest. Its location also served as a great base to begin exploring other Tuscan destinations--historic hill towns, vineyards and cities. The proprietors, Tina and Franco, were warm, gratious and helpful. In addition to securing our reservations at museums in Florence, they also identified a few lesser traveled places of interest in Tuscany that proved worthwhile visiting. Tina and Franco clearly take great pride in their property. Our apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to enable us to prepare meals when we chose to. For even more ambitious cooks, there is a large common kitchen (with more amenities) available for all guests to use. Overall, I would recommend La Tinaia to anyone, including families with children, who is interested in exploring Tuscany and experiencing a unique holiday experience. My husband, son and I would love to visit La Tinaia again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family.

Paradis florentin

Nous avons passé quatre jours merveilleux chez Tina et Franco. La vue sur les collines toscanes est splendide, et nous nous sommes imaginés nager dans la piscine en été face à ce paysage tout droit sorti d'un tableau du Quattrocento. L'appartement est meublé avec goût, extrêmement propre, et doté de tout l'équipement qu'on peut souhaiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les hôtes courtois et serviables, et Tina parle un français parfait, ce qui aide beaucoup pour les indications ou les réservations de musées. Nous, c'est sûr, quand on reviendra à Florence, on ira directement à La Tinaia !

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter Tina und Franco sind sehr nett und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie waren sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht und an nichts fehlt. Die beiden haben aus einem alten Weingut mit viel Mühe und harter Arbeit ein Schmuckstück geschaffen. Lecker war das an unserem letzten Abend angebotene Abendessen toskanischer Küche gemeinsam mit den anderen Gästen, welches von Franco mit viel Liebe gezaubert wurde. Nicht zu vergessen sind auch der sehr gute hauseigene Wein und das leckere Olivenöl. Man kann bequem von Scandicci mit der Tram (1,20 Euro) ins Stadtzentrum von Florenz fahren. Von der Unterkunft nach Scandicci sind es ca. 7,5 km, wo man das Auto abstellen kann. Es fährt auch ein Bus von der Unterkunft nach Scandicci, der aber nicht immer zuverlässig fährt. Unsere beiden Motorräder konnten wir in der Garage auf dem Grundstück unterstellen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Tina und Franco für die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft.

La Vigna - Florentine Hills

My husband and I spent our Honeymoon this September at La Vigna in the Tuscan hills with the kind hospitality of Tina and Franco. They make you feel so welcome and are always available to help with any questions you may have; and Tina was happy to help when we phoned her for advice at the ticket machine down at the Scandicci tram stop. The villa is up in the hills with beautiful views of Tuscany, amongst the olive groves and vines, it really was spectacular, in the sunshine and the thunder storms! The apartment was clean, rustic and well supplied and we really felt at home, the swimming pool was a bonus! The Italian countryside is truely beautiful and we will definately be returning one day. Charming Tuscan home just minutes from Florence!

We stayed in the two bedroom apt this past May and had a wonderful time. The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures! The setting was perfect - right in the middle of vineyards and olive groves! Tina and Marco were extremely helpful and flexible. The place was clean and extremely convenient as well (10-15 minutes by car/train from Florence). Tina provided us with maps and Marco helped plan our stay in the Tuscany region. Lovely place to stay

This room and all of La Tinaia domain are very peacefull places managed by very nice people. The rooms are quiet, lovely and the whole house is great. A lot of work have been done by Tina and Franco for more than 10 years, it was worth it !! Their wine and olive oil are also really nice. The mansion is located really close to Firenze, and one can visite Toscany easily. If I had to do it, I would change nothing !

Wonderful place and views! Fantastic owners!

I am really happy I had a chance to spend my holiday time at so nice place! Owners of so tuscanian farmhouse are very helpful, friendly and descrete! Beautiful and useful apartment, new and clean swimming-pool, pretty garden... everything was there. Even tasty wine drunk every night in the garden and produced by owners of farmhouse! Just Eden! The access to 'la Tinaia' is really easy and location gives huge possibilities of sightseeing not only tuscanian hills but so famous and beautiful cities like Florence, Arezzo, St. Giminiano, Greve... I'D LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE VERY MUCH!!! Thank you Tina&Franco! It was magic and relaxing time! See you next time! Magda

A wonderful stay in Chianti hills next to Florence

We discovered a marvellous old farm, entirely adjusted to modern standards, with a very nice view over the hills south of Firenze. The scenery is great and the house clean with all the comfort one would need for a one-week stay (accurate description: furnished kitchen, washing-machine, TV set). The swimming-pool is clean, warm, not too deep which is then perfect for children and open to the marvellous Chianti landscape (wineyard and woods). The owners are fluent in French and English and are so nice with their guests that you really feel home from the very beginning. This place is ideal to visit the surroundings, though driving a car is compulsory: Firenze is only 15min. far by car (parking place at Florence railway station), Siena is 45 min., Pisa and Lucca around 55 min. We do recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover Toscany and keep a nice memory about it.

Tina and Franco: we dreamed of living in a place where we could live in harmony with nature. In 1998 we left our office jobs and city life in Florence to realise our dreams. In 2000 we opened our Agriturismo. Until December 2024, we produced Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil. Since we are no longer young, we have entrusted our land to young farmers, but we continue to share our home with guests from all over the world.

We are in the hills near Florence, surrounded by dream landscapes. We live immersed in nature but close to the city. We love life in the country but also Florence, the city of our origins.

La Tinaia is located in a small corner of paradise, very peaceful, with beautiful views of the hills, vineyards, olive groves and woods. This is the ideal place to recharge.

In this area you can find many trails for long walks or biking. Possibility to rent 2 e-bikes. Our swimming pool has a panoramic view and it is always very clean.

For lovers of art and beauty in all its forms, we are very close to Florence and the T1 tramway stop is only 5 km away (10 minutes drive). The ride to Florence by tramway takes 18 minutes. In less than an hour you can reach the most fascinating and beautiful places in Tuscany.
