Unsere Kurzzeitvermietungen richten sich an diejenigen, die ein begrenztes Budget haben und dennoch die zusätzliche Größe und Ausstattung eines kompletten Ferienhauses sowie die günstige Lage und die private, gepflegte Umgebung eines Resorthotels genießen möchten. Ab den Preisen von Motel 6 sind unsere Preise sogar halb so hoch wie die Preise für ein Einzelzimmer und ein Badezimmer im Hilton nebenan, jedoch mit zwei- bis dreimal mehr Platz! Wir sind bestrebt, unseren Gästen ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu bieten und bieten sowohl erschwingliche Preise als auch den Komfort eines Hauses in voller Größe in einer angenehmen Wohnanlage. Gäste erhalten beim Check-in einen Postfachschlüssel, sodass die USPS-Post für mehrere Wochen oder Monate vorübergehend direkt an die nur wenige Meter entfernten Posthütten des Resorts weitergeleitet werden kann. Amazon-, UPS- und FedEx-Pakete werden direkt an Ihre Haustür geliefert. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen hier bieten alle unsere Anmietungen einen Full-Service-Check-in mit einem Mitarbeiter, der Sie vor Ort begrüßt und sich um eventuelle Bedürfnisse kümmert. Alle unsere Unterkünfte verfügen über kostenfreies WLAN und Festnetzanschlüsse, die den Zutritt zum Resort über die Gegensprechanlage ermöglichen.

Das Pointe Resort ist eine Wohnanlage in Nord-Phoenix, etwa 16 km nordöstlich der Innenstadt und grenzt an das Pointe Hilton Resort an den Tapatio Cliffs. Der Komplex verfügt über drei Poolbereiche mit Whirlpools, Toiletten, Grills und Duschen sowie Tennis- und Basketballplätzen. Alle Pools und Spas sind temperiert, offen und rund um die Uhr schwimmbar. Wenn Sie länger bleiben, können Sie Ihre Post bequem zu einer der Posthütten hier vor Ort bringen. Amazon-, UPS- und FedEx-Pakete werden an Ihre Haustür geliefert.

In der Nähe befindet sich das North Mountain Preserve mit zahlreichen Wander- und Radwegen. Zehn Golfplätze befinden sich in einem Umkreis von 11 km, beginnend mit dem Lookout Mountain nebenan in unserem Norden. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist weniger als 1,6 km entfernt, damit Sie Ihre Küche mit Lebensmitteln füllen können. Es gibt vier große Einkaufszentren im Innen- und Außenbereich im Umkreis von 8 Kilometern sowie viele Filialisten und Restaurants im Umkreis von 3 Kilometern. Diese geschlossene Wohnanlage ist jedoch eine versteckte Oase für ruhige Entspannung. Die zentrale Lage in der Region North Phoenix bietet eine bequeme Ausgangsbasis mit einfachem Zugang zu allen Zielen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einrichtungen im Ost- und Westtal. Der Grand Canyon, Las Vegas und San Diego sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Stunden erreichbar und Rocky Point, Mexiko. Alles in allem ein großartiger Urlaubsort für Paare, Familien und Golfbegeisterte!

Very nice complex in convenient location

This place was perfect for us. Centrally located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Convenient for getting around the city and to/from airport. We especially liked the spacious, uncluttered layout and furnishings of this unit. It was very clean and updated. All of the rooms are sizable including kitchen, baths, laundry, and patio area. We also enjoyed the amenities; three pool/spa/bbq areas. The complex was quiet and beautifully landscaped. There are several stores nearby for stocking up on food, toiletries, and household items. Because we only stayed for a week, we were glad that we brought our own toiletries as well as other supplies we typically use when we travel. Dionne and Steve were friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice place to stay. Nice community. We appreciated promptness of property manager. Unit could use a deep cleaning and better kitchen accessories, but we overall enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Place to Stay - Easy to Airport

Perfect place to stay for a AZ vacation. Gated community. Cheaper than a hotel. Nice, manicured area. Comfortable. We went to the Desert Botanical Gardens, The Phoenix Zoo, the Grand Canyon and to Old Town Scottsdale. The swimming pool was wonderfully refreshing. I also loved the fountains on the property. Very Relaxing.

The condo was beautiful and spacious and perfect for our family.

When we arrived at the condo entrance it was so beautiful with flowers and beautiful bushes. Very inviting. Once we got inside the gate, our condo was right there close and we walked just a little ways to get in. We struggled a little bit opening the door because the directions we were given weren't clear, but we figured it out. We called Dionne and she was very, very nice and helpful. First impression of the condo was very clean and nice. It is simply furnished, but homey and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of our needs and extra storage space to boot! The wi-fi also worked well which our teenager appreciated. All of the dishes, appliances, utensils, etc. were all provided and worked great for what we needed. Only a couple things that could be improved: provide swimming pool towels, check the bed pillows because they were not comfortable for us, leave a detailed explanation about the wifi, how to get into the condo and so forth. Oh, and online it mentioned some help with golfing fees and food shopping but we never heard anything about that. Those were little things that could be easily fixed. We LOVED our stay and will definitely be returning!

Nice area and good rooms

The gated community area of this property is very nice and easy to reach and quite. The rooms are also very nice and mainly clean (only when we arrived the living room and kitchen tables and floor and also kitchen counter were very dusty and had to be cleaned first.) Parkling lot was directly infront of the condo.

The Pointe Resort is a gated community surrounded by mountain views centrally located in North Central Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown, adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex contains three pool complexes each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365! It's just a short 1/2 mile walk to hiking trails at North Mountain. Those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door. All our properties feature free WiFi.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away and there are three major supermarket chains within just 2 miles for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!
