This spacious and luxurious home in Indian Palms is the ideal getaway for families looking to explore the desert and witness the stunning mountain views. The gated community provides access to exclusive amenities and activities, such as multiple swimming pools/spas, a gym, golf course, and even tennis courts. Whether you're admiring the breathtaking scenery or catching glimpses of the turtles, road-runners, and cranes that live in the area, you'll be sure to cherish every moment of your stay! The space Fully stocked home with shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, coffee machine, sugar, tea, storage products, and cleaning products as well as a few misc. items you may have forgotten. Explore Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Golf Courses, many Casinos, Parks, Museums, the Living Desert Zoo, Salton Sea, Joshua Tree, Hot Air Balloon Rides, the Aerial Tramway in Palm Springs. As well as downtown La Quinta, which is an exceptional area filled with views, great vibes, and some of the most delightful restaurants. Parking is available at the property driveway. No Street parking you could be ticketed and/or towed. Guest must be 21 years of age to book. No additional guests are allowed unless listed on the reservation and approved. While on the property, please observe these rules:
-Please operate and safeguard the premises including, landscaping, furniture, furnishings, appliances, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, and keep them clean and sanitary.
-Please refrain from loud noises and anything else you think might disturb and annoy the neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Courtesy hours are 24 hours per day.
Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. When you leave, do your best to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived (minus normal usage of course). There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
Garbage: Please leave the garbage near the trash bins in the garage. The trash is collected on Monday mornings, please leave all trash at the curb on Sunday evening.
Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented gas-fired fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials into the fireplace.
Before you leave: - Turn off all lights and electrical devices - Lock all doors
