We are conveniently located 2.2 miles from the airport. It's hard to beat our location - The property is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and is walking distance to Cornell's North Campus and Botanic Gardens. Easy access to Rt 13 from Warren Road makes this the perfect launch point for exploring all that Ithaca has to offer.

The unit is hosted by an experienced Superhost and includes the following:

-Brand new (October 2023) kitchenette w/ sink and stovetop
-Basic kitchen tools and prep area including Keurig, toaster, small refrigerator, microwave, disposable plates, cups & cutlery

There is one queen bed and a blow up mattress w/ extra linens. The unit is zoned to sleep two people comfortably.

Note: There is no oven in the unit. Only basic pots and pans are provided for minimal cooking. Think stovetop macaroni and cheese, pasta, and eggs.

Note: The sleeping area is at the top of a staircase and is not accessible.
