This home has all the essentials you need for a relaxing vacation or a place to work remotely. Feel free to enjoy the amenities at Alderbrook, including an award-winning 18-hole golf course, driving range, pickleball, tennis, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoe and a playground for the littles. Explore the nearby hiking trails, lakes, Hood Canal and State Parks. Located near the Olympic National Forest, you won’t run out of things to do and places to explore. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this home overlooks a greenbelt for maximum privacy and serenity. Avoid the crowds at the campgrounds and enjoy peace and quiet in your very own park-like setting.

The space:
This custom-built home is spacious and airy with vaulted ceilings, large windows, updated finishes, and central air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps 6-8 people comfortably.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bath and can accommodate 4 more people with a queen-sized bed and a twin over twin trundle bed. Two more twin-sized folding mattresses are available upon request. A half bath is conveniently located downstairs.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishware, utensils, and cooking staples like spices, oil and vinegar.

The washer and dryer are available for your use. Detergent and fabric softener are provided. If needed, cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink, and a broom and vacuum are in the entryway closet. Additional towels and linens can be found in the hallway closet upstairs.

There are 3 smart TVs throughout the house. The following streaming devices are included free of charge: Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+ and Discovery+.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, except the garage and one supply closet.
There is a black lockbox to the right of the front door. The access code will be provided prior to check-in.

The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected between guests. All linens and towels are freshly laundered and sanitized.
