On the hills of Anghiari, the Tuscan village chosen by CNN as one of the 22 most beautiful places in Europe, you can enjoy all year round the quiet intimacy of a fully restored, cosy house in the middle of a 2-hectare plateau of green fields at the top of a 430-metre hill, surrounded by 8 hectares of chestnut and oak woods.
During the summer a large lap pool (20m x 3.5m x 1.40m) offers both exercise and refreshing relaxation. It is located in the middle of the large garden and lawn, in a place that is sunny all day but also shaded by a pergola with white roses.
The rustic, two-storey Tuscan house has been recently restored and has kept its warm atmosphere, where the old and the new blend harmoniously.
Unlike most Tuscan farmhouses, this house is very flooded with light thanks to its large windows and lattice walls made of old terracotta bricks.
Thanks to its stone walls, the house is extremely cool even in the summer months (it's not unusual to sleep with a blanket even in August).
In autumn and winter, the house is pleasantly warm thanks to underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burning fireplace.
The property is surrounded by 2 hectares of fields and 8 hectares of chestnut and oak forest. So the air is super clean, the silence is only interrupted by the natural sounds of nature and everything that is important for relaxation, concentration, meditation or simply a restful night's sleep.

Finally, our property is almost C02-neutral (rank A+) thanks to a solar system based on the best available technology, a heating pump, a biomass Austrian heating system and a first-class thermal insulation.
The guest house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people in 2 bedrooms. However, if you would like to host more friends and/or relatives, additional bedrooms are available in the adjacent farmhouse. The additional 4 double bedrooms in the farmhouse are only available to guests who rent the guesthouse. Pictures of these additional rooms are available on request.
