Modest Cabin nestled inside Chestatee Golf and Country Club. On quiet cove with it's own dock. Pull up your boat for your stay and tie to the side. Many just float in cove on rafts or lounge on top deck of dock.
This cabin has charm and is close to shops and restaurants. Wineries are 15-30 minutes away depending on which one you choose.
Chestatee golf club has open tee times. Restaurant at golf shop for lunch.
Quiet north end of lake is good for water sports.

Walk through the backyard to the dock. The neighborhood has many walking and biking trails for those who want to enjoy the outdoors.

Don't forget your golf clubs, the Chestatee Golf club is right there with very modest guest greens fees.

Wonderful Getaway Location

Home us very nice & in a great quiet spot in a cove. We brought our boat and dock area was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised at the low level of boat traffic for Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed every day on the lake. Excellent communications from the owner during our stay. We would definitely recommend & stay again.

Great Place

What a great property for a family gathering. Very clean, plenty of space for entertaining. Spent most of our time on the dock fishing and floating. Will definately return and bring the boat. Worth every penny!

Baseball Tournament + Fishing = Great Week of Fun

We had a great time watching baseball and fishing off the dock! The home was clean and had plenty of room for our short stay. My adult son uses a wheelchair full time; it was easy to get him into, throughout, and out of the house. His wheelchair couldn't make it lakeside ((but we didn’t plan on that being an option :)

Even better than expected

Great property. Even better than the pictures can show. Lots of space inside. Beautiful location with wooded path to water. Excellent neighborhood. Feels like you’re away in your own location but you’re also close to a lot of things if you want. Great communication with host too. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

Great Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. The host communicated well and was accommodating to our needs. The cove where the dock is located is secluded and sheltered from waves and wind. One thing to be aware of is the two lane highway that goes by the cove, so there is some traffic noise when sitting at the dock or at the house. Although the dock is in the back part of the cove, there was plenty of water for our boat (the lake was at full pool) and there was good water for skiing and boating nearby. During the week we hardly saw another boat on the lake. There were fenced in areas for our dog and nice walking paths throughout the community. Good times!

Home Base

We used this cabin as a home base, while my mom visited to find a home close by. It served well, we had hoped famiy might could drop by for a visit but time was short. The cabin is on the lake with a beautiful dock. An older cabin that they make the most of. Really what you imagine for a lackside cabin. The host was incredibly easy to communicte with and on the ball to answer any questions. Love the driveway, easy place for kids to play basketball or ride trikes. It was perfect for us and we would recommend it! Thanks so much!

The perfect home away!

Oh my gosh! This is now our favorite place to stay! This house is perfect and we had the best time. I could tell there has been some updating to the property too, so the pictures don't do it justice. We stayed with our 2 young kids, and having the upstairs bedroom to ourselves was like a little escape. The closets are absolutely huge, the kitchen is a dream, there's a full laundry room, 2 bathrooms with tubs in each, a room with treadmills (if you're interested in working off the vacation calories), a huge wrap around deck/porch, and an easy walk to an awesome 2 tier dock. We basically had the water to ourselves and swam so much! We also had a great time exploring the close by small towns and activities like the Underground Gold Mine. We did have to contact the owners once as the maid service didn't leave some essentials for us, but they quickly responded and dropped some off. I can't recommend this property enough! This was the perfect vacation home!!!

Staycation Close to Home

This rustic lake property was a great choice to reboot offering space to gather as a family as well as nooks for some time alone. The lake and dock provide for hours of outdoor fun. Though we are not golfers, the golf course is easily accessible. The house is has a rustic charm, and the kitchen is spacious enough for everyone to get involved in meal prep. Great space; great time; great host; wonderful memories! I highly recommend it to you! Stephanie Z.

Wonderful FInd

Great find! Adorable house great for families. House is very clean. Owner was so nice. We liked having the golf course so close. Dock was an easy walk from house. Right in backyard, no stairs or scary slopes just a straight walk. We enjoyed our days on the dock and dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen bar and kitchen table gave us great family meals. Plenty of room for my family to spread out. We will be back next year!!!!
