Provencal charm meets comfort in this 3-level flat at the heart of the pine forest. Its main room, carefully decorated, features a kitchen opening onto a bright living room with convertible sofa. It extends onto a pretty garden with various exposures, perfect for lounging in the sun or having lunch in the shade, all year round! At the first floor, you will enjoy a bedroom with a queen size bed and cupboards, as a large shower room with Italian shower and toilet. On the top floor, a mezzanine with a trundle bed complete the accommodation. The duplex is air-conditioned

The residence

This residence is the perfect place for a green stay and features very nice amenities: swimming pool and petanque court... for young and old! Punctuated by small footpaths in a pine area, you will enjoy a total change of scenery. Entirely fenced and secured, each appartment has a reserved parking space, outside.

The Mont des Roses district in Bormes les Mimosas

Ideally located in Bormes-Les-Mimosas, the Mont des Roses district is close to the Pin district, which has all shops and services. You will also be able to discover the village of Bormes les Mimosas just a few steps away, full of history and discoveries. The closest beach is 5 minutes away by car. In addition to this, there is a tennis court which is open to residents and free of charge (booking required).
