Wonderfully located, small apartment to fit a group of 5

Best thing was it's location - so central to everything, on the main street, so ski in/out easily and very short walk to restaurants etc. Apartment had all the essentials we needed for our family of 5. It's a small apartment, but just big enough, and great that there's a dedicated bed for everyone, rather than needing to use the sofa. The late bar just outside the balcony was a disappointment, as the noise from it woke us most nights between 1am and 3am. The best thing you could do, that's within your control, is to mention this within your apartment listings and then at least people would be aware of it in advance and therefore more accepting of it if they choose to book this apartment.

Emplacement Equipements dans l'appartement Accessoires cocooning Chambre enfants Literie de la chambre parentale à revoir (deformée et peu reposant au final) Canapé peu confortable Manque d'un box à ski.

L'appartement est idéalement situé Par contre les prestations à l'intérieur ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé Canapé vétuste avec une très mauvaise assise Appartement prévu pour 5 personnes il n'y a que deux chaises, deux tabourets à peu près correct et un mini tabouret où il faut peser moins de 30 kg pour pouvoir s'asseoir dessus De la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain Dans les couloirs une odeur nauséabonde se dégage Globalement l'appartement est rénové avec du cache misère Jusqu'à la machine à café qui date des années 60 il aurait au moins mérité une machine à café pour pouvoir faire des expresso type Senseo ou Nespresso Pour une semaine dit basse le prix juste aurait été de 1000 €

Moment agréable

Super séjour dans cette station que nous affectionnons depuis 6ans. L’appartement est très chaleureux et idéalement placé sur l’artère principale, avec toutes les commodités commerces et restaurants à porter de mains.

4 nights at Le Cosy

Lovely wee apartment in a great central location close to all amenities and the slopes. A little noisy due to central location close to bars but proximity to everything makes up for this. Johann provided lots of helpful information. Would recommend for a short ski break for 3-4 people.

Location, location, location and... really nice host!

I took my family out to Avoriaz for their first ski trip ever (I have worked for many years in ski resorts and chose this one for all it's ambiance and location)... that meant taking my wife and my two kids (4 and 7) out to ski, have lessons, rent equipment, etc etc. I was a bit nervous to make sure everything would work out nicely and they fell in love with skiing. And this appartment was a huge part of that! :) The appartment is right in front of the kids area / ski school and has a beginners ski lift that you can see from the window! That means it was all really easy and everyone enjoyed it. On top of that Johann is a great host, very easy to talk to and very available. Last but not least the discounts they have for the stores are also great and everything (cool restaurants!) are all in less than 2-mins walking. It's a small flat but well decorated and everything works and is really comfortable. Perfect for a family of 4 like us! If we come back to Avoriaz definitely will return to stay here!

Avoriaz stay

The resort and accommodation were excellent. The central location, facilities and rooms were excellent. Our only complaint was the noise that came from the restaurant or bar/night club that was nearby as on a couple of nights the music and noise from people shouting went on to the early hours of the morning. Fortunately, those in the bunk bed room didn't hear it. Other than that a brilliant holiday and will come again.
