The main element of this apartment is without hesitation its large terrace. It offers a magnificent view. It is a place of conviviality whether to enjoy the grills made on the plancha, have an aperitif on the outdoor lounge or simply for a moment of idleness to sunbathe.
The terrace is accessible from the large living room by 3 bay windows. This one offers you a dining area, a living room and a beautiful open kitchen fully equipped. The whole is bright and air-conditioned.
The sleeping area is composed of three bedrooms with recent and quality beds. The sheets and towels are of hotel quality.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160 x 200 and a private bathroom with corner bath.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of 80 x 200 that we can group on request. There is also a closet.
The third is equipped with a single bed and a large dressing room shared with the first bedroom.
These 3 bedrooms are not air-conditioned but benefit from the air conditioning of the living room if you leave the doors open. They are exposed North-East and therefore naturally fresher.
The bathroom is independent and is close to bedrooms #2 and #3.
The suspended toilet is independent.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Arrival times: 5pm - 7pm, departure time: 8am - 10am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
The neighborhood
After a few hours of idleness and rest enjoyed on the terrace, you can enjoy the old port and the old town of La Ciotat.
Discover houses whose construction spans from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys lead to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours totally renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces invite you to enjoy the rhythm of the town, sampling local dishes in the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay affectionately known as «THE GULF OF LOVE». Inland you will find the park of the calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.
You can also take your vehicle and embark at your leisure on the discovery of the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, head to a golf course, practice hiking in the Massif du Castellet or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.
