Unsere zweistöckige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (PineCone 816) verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine private Terrasse. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen des Kiefernwaldes und bietet ein abgeschiedenes Colorado Mountain-Feeling. Gäste können den Platz spielen.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub erwartet Sie im Pinecone 816, unserer geräumigen Wohnung im San Juan National Forest. Stellen Sie Ihre Füße hoch und entspannen Sie sich auf den bequemen Möbeln. Das private Deck ist genau richtig, um sich zurückzulehnen und einen Kaffee und Ihr Lieblingsbuch zu genießen. Unten finden Sie ein privates Schlafzimmer und einen Schreibtisch mit Queensize-Bett, falls Sie arbeiten müssen, aber wir bezweifeln, dass Sie viel erledigen werden. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Schrank mit Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe und eine Terrasse. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes Loft mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem Badezimmer und einem zusätzlichen Waschtisch. Große Flachbildfernseher auf jeder Ebene.

Vor-Ort-Annehmlichkeiten umfassen: Innenpool, beheizter Außenpool, Whirlpool, Sauna, Dampfdusche, Fitnesscenter, Golf, Tennis, Spielplatz, Restaurant & Bar, Veranstaltungszentrum. Zu festgelegten Zeiten wird unseren Gästen ein Winter-Ski-Shuttle zum und vom Fegefeuer angeboten.

Stornierungsbedingungen: Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung ist eine Zahlung von 300 USD erforderlich. Diese Zahlung in Höhe von 300 USD wird auf den fälligen Gesamtbetrag angerechnet und erst innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach Buchung zurückerstattet. Wenn Ihr Ankunftsdatum innerhalb von 45 Tagen nach der Buchung liegt, ist die vollständige Zahlung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erforderlich. Bei Stornierungen oder Änderungen, die zu einem verkürzten Aufenthalt führen und innerhalb von fünfundvierzig (45) Tagen nach dem Ankunftsdatum vorgenommen werden, verfällt der gesamte Reservierungsbetrag, während Stornierungen, die mehr als fünfundvierzig (45) Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft erfolgen, nur verfallen die Zahlung von 300 USD zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung. Bei Reservierungen, die mindestens dreißig (30) Nächte dauern, erhöht sich die oben genannte Stornierungsrichtlinie auf sechzig (60) Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum. Wir bieten eine Reiseversicherung an.

Perfect for our family ski trip!

The kitchen had everything we could need, including things that I usually bring (basic spices, storage containers and bags, etc). The resort is very quiet and peaceful, and perfectly located between Durango and Purgatory. The on-site restaurants and amenities are great and the locals we met were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!I must have missed it, but there is a washer and dryer in the unit, so that was a nice surprise!I contacted VRC twice during our stay and they were very prompt and friendly!

Downstairs bedroom does not have a functioning bedside table lamp (no place to plug it in) and the room is cramped. Both full size bathrooms are roomy. Upstairs loft bedroom is quite spacious. Balcony has a view of the pine trees and parking lot. There are 30 steps to get to the front door from the parking area. Location is great with indoor and outdoor pool, spa, fitness room, nice dining room and two other grill type resturants, 25min drive into Durango, 1,000 ft higher than Durango and cooler. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Although the place was tidy it was was a blast from the past.

Very dated property, definitely not worth the price. I felt like I was on an episode of Brady Bunch, bring your own kitchen supplies. Plates, utensils and cookware were not usable. We had to go to Walmart and get paper plates and plastic utensils. Cookware was not usable either. The entire kitchen looked like it. Was bought at several yards sales. No privacy!!! The entire from window has no blinds. At night you could see everything happening inside from the driveway and or any other cottages. The cheapest soap and shampoos. The soap did not even lather. Basic responses from customer service. “ Sorry about that”. No offer to fix or offer compensation. A terrible experience that will be posted all over social media. Not worth the rate, In fact the local Marriott for $95 offered much more. Too bad for the property because owners like this that do not keep their places relevant or current and still ask ridiculous prices give the property a bad name. Buyer beware. Stay clear of this property

Beautiful but a little disappointed

There were multiple rooms that either had missing light bulbs or burnt out light bulbs. There were cobwebs hanging down on the ceiling fans and there were a lot of carpet stains. For the price we paid each night we thought it would have been a lot cleaner. On the positive note we were very comfortable and we had plent of space to relax and enjoy family time together.

Summer vacation

Unit was dated as expected(as shown online) Unit was very unsanitary upon arrival and I kept finding problems as the week went on. I didn’t have the time to change accommodations but the rental company was apologetic and worked with me on cleaning fees. This unit could use some attention overall. The amenities of the Tamaron resort were very nice - the pool and gym were great. Golf too- that was awesome. This is also a bit of a drive from town- but that worked for us. Durango is special.

This is a drive from Durango, but beautiful! The check-in was delayed and was hectic as we had wedding events to attend. Also, the pillows were terrible! Otherwise, quiet, comfortable, and great ammeneties.

The location was beautiful and the amenities were great. The property was well stocked with appliances, dishware, pots, and pans. The only issues were the strong, stale smell of old cigarette smoke and stained carpets. The property just needs a little TLC. Overall, We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean other than a hair found on the bathroom counter at check in. The couches are comfortable and there is more than enough seating. The resort parking is confusing, people park anywhere even directly under the units that don't belong to them. We were not told to park anywhere at check in so assumed we were not supposed to park under units, but did not have parking under our unit available. A woman left her dogs in her truck for hours and they barked at everyone that walked by. We also listened to a loud, long, negative conversation between two resort employees about their fellow co-workers while sitting on the balcony.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful property with great amenities! Would stay again, drive to downtown is nice but a distance if you have lots of stuff planned downtown or want to be close to town this place is a ways out. But other then that beautiful setting and peaceful with trees all around.

We did have the kitchen sink/wash machine get backed up due to something deep in the pipes but the repair people were there very quickly to help. The kitchen is small and one request would be a large boil pot and few larger bowls. But in the big picture - we were very satisfied and would certainly stay again in the future.
