Wunderschön renovierte 3BR, 2. 5BA-Wohnung im obersten / 9. Stock eines Blockhauses im ruhigen Norden von Ocean City, in der 134. St. Neu auf dem Markt!

Sie befinden sich buchstäblich nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt in dieser Super-Ocean-Block-Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Sonnenaufgänge des Ozeans und die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Bucht. Großer, gepflegter Pool mit großer Poolterrasse und vielen Liegen und Poolbädern. Tolles WLAN und Kabel-TV in einer Wohnung mit neuen Böden und Farben. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Entsorgung der Spüle, bequeme Müllschlitten von der Wohnungstür und ausgewiesene Parkplätze. Queen im Master, King und Twin im zweiten Schlafzimmer, zwei Etagenbetten und Twin im dritten Schlafzimmer sowie Memoryschaum-Queen-Schlafsofa (keine unbequemen Federn im Rücken!)

Wir haben weitere Terrassenmöbel auf Bestellung, so dass Sie auf der Terrasse speisen können (Morgenkaffee und Bagels von Uber Bagels oder wie Sie ein Abendessen mit gedünsteten Krabben vom Besten von OC - The Crab Bag Restaurant zwei Blocks entfernt! Dann geht es an den Strand, um einen schönen Frisbee-Abend zu genießen, Drachen steigen zu lassen oder einen Abendspaziergang entlang der Wellen zu unternehmen!)

Ruhige North Ocean City ist ideal für Familien, die Wohnung ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, Minigolf, Filme, viele Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen und Geschäfte. Ganz in der Nähe der Strände von Fenwick Island und Delaware. Einfach zu Fuß zum Northside Park von OC, wo jeden Sonntagabend „Sundaes in the Park“ stattfindet (yep, Eisbecher!) Feuerwerk (auf das Sie auch eine herrliche Aussicht von der 9. Etage der Eigentumswohnung haben!) Aktivitäten für Kinder und Live-Musik. Fischen Sie oder gehen Sie vom Parkpier über die Bucht laufen, genießen Sie die gepflasterten Wanderwege und einen großen Spielplatz.

Wir haben auch einen Strandwagen, der es Ihnen leicht macht, Ihre „Sachen“ vom und zum Strand und Pool, Strandkörben und Sonnenschirm zu bekommen!

Family vacation

Nice spot for a quiet family vacation!

It really was the perfect location for a nice quiet family vacation away from the craziness and overcrowded beach areas. Very quick walk to the beach, nice pool on the grounds, and beautiful views from the balcony. Other than a few things on the listing needing updated, it was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend 😊

Very nice property, we had a great time!

The condo was good. The only thing that was an inconvenience was there were no carts to transport our luggage, bags and groceries to the 9th floor.

A week at the beach

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is located so close to the beach and I enjoyed going out on the beach every morning! We also enjoyed the fire works on Sunday evening. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony. They had beach chairs and sand toys that we could use. Plenty of parking with parking passes.

The condo has a great location. I will say it could use some minor repairs and updates within the unit. Size of the unit is good with a great view. The beds were not comfortable especially the master.

Not a good place to stay

Started badly with no pillows ( a matter of perception, according to the “host”); got worse when I saw a mouse, noticed the existing mouse trap, but I caught it with my trap after 3 nights; the tv was just plugged into the wall; I needed my own streaming stick, which I generally don’t travel with. The outlets & switches didn’t fit into the holes in the walls for the receptacles and one sparked each time my charger was plugged in. I’ve rented in OC every summer for 40 years; worst unit ever.

Family Mini Vacation

Family had an awesome time plenty of space for eating sleeping and bathing, pool on property was refreshing not packed and everything as far as entertainment was close, the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and amusement park. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay

We had an excellent stay as a family, this was a super convenient location for walking to the beach and the pool was a big plus for the kids and adults! A great balcony with view of the pool and views of the beach. Excellent communication throughout with great recommendations for local spots.

Family Time at the Beach

The condo was roomy enough for all of us and there are plenty of bathrooms. We did bring our own bath mats since past reviews mentioned there aren't any. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Communication was great with the owner. Check in and check out went smoothly.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed the location of the condo, quick walk to the beach!! Included beach chairs and umbrella were great! Great views of ocean and couple other places in good walking distance. Unfortunately the pool didn't open till day before we left and it was a cooler day so the kiddos didn't get to use the pool. Condo had plenty of space, just make sure to watch the kiddos in condo because we did notice there seemed to be a lot of glass pieces there. Son enjoyed the queen pull out couch in living room.

A Real Home Run!

We were in town for the Youth World Series but also wanted to enjoy the beach (or at the very least, the sound of the waves before we headed to the fields). View was wonderful, amenities were just what we needed, location was extremely convenient to food, shopping, and the beach. Owners were very responsive…much appreciated. Just wonderful!

Lovely long weekend

We took a mini-vacation with family and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the great pool and balcony views. It was a short walk to play mini-golf and to get ice cream. The condo is located in an area that is much quieter than the boardwalk area, which we preferred since we weren’t in town for the nightlife. The building is older and the unit could use a few cosmetic updates, but it was super clean, large enough for a family of 8, and had all the amenities we needed to have a great time! I hope we can plan a return trip!

Quiet Location, Great Views

Our party had a great week and we would definitely stay here again. The listing has been updated since we booked and is now accurate. The kitchen is well stocked and the WiFi is great. As mentioned by others, the lighting could be better, particularly over the dining area table. It would also be nice to have a TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. I realize you don’t come to OC to watch TV, but with eight people in a condo it’s sometimes nice to have some space to unwind in the evenings. The balcony is spacious and offers great views, but I feel like it would be better without the “carpet”. We had a storm on the first full day we were there and the carpet stayed wet for two days. The beach chairs and boogie boards are a nice amenity but are best suited for small children; probably best to bring your own. The beach cart is great to lug stuff for 2-3 people; we also used our own beach wagon. Overall a great stay - thanks Jamie and Lisa for sharing your vacation home with us!

Great location and wonderful views!

We just returned from a quick family get-away and enjoyed our stay! Location of property is great with easy access to The pool and beach, which was nice. Check-in/out process was excellent and home owners were very responsive. Kitchen was stocked well. Only downsides were the TVs (needed in all rooms with more than basic cable) and rugs needed in the bathrooms. Would definitely recommend to others traveling to Ocean City!

Property was very clean and I was completely comfortable, which is rare, as I am pretty particular. The only negative was the TV situation. The main room had only two channels. Not good for a rainy day. The rental needs standard cable.

Great Location with beautiful views!

We had a very nice stay over a long weekend. Our group consisted of 3 adults and kids from age 5 to 17. The condo was roomy enough for all of us to not feel on top of each other and beds and living room furniture were comfy. The walk to the beach was easy. We loved not having to cross any roads. The only negative about the place would be that there were no throw rugs in bathrooms. Not sure if that was due to COVID. And the dining room table has no light above it. We ate after 8 p.m. each evening because we spent the late afternoon and evening on the beach. Not enough lighting but we dealt with it, and it wasn't a deal breaker.

We have put a lot of TLC into making our condo clean, current, and well-appointed to go with its ideal beach block location in the best part of Ocean City. Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We just loved this condo when we first saw it on the top floor (9th) of a perfect mid-size building so close to the beach with amazing ocean views. It is a spacious three-bedroom, which was perfect for our size needs too. It's in the best part of the resort too - north OC, just below Fenwick Island with fabulous restaurants, pubs and Northside Park so close and a bay view from the back terrace too. We can walk to the movies and there must be at least five mini-golf courses within a half-mile, wow!
