The Apartment is only about 15-20 minutes walk from the Playa Blanca (PB) bus station, town centre, restaurants, bars and beaches of Playa Blanca, or Playa Flamingo. Free unlimited 50 Mbit Internet and Wi-Fi. The property is in a low built single storey area with no neighbouring balconies overlooking the outside terraces.
Information binders and arrival instructions for the Apartment are all provided in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish. (hoping all the translations from English are satisfactory). Open plan lounge with dining and kitchen area, separate bedroom with 2.0 mtr wide super king size bed and double wardrobe, bed side tables, reading lamps and portable plug in cooling fan. Separate shower room is complete with 2 person shower, WC, wash basin vanity unit and hair dryer. Kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, cutlery, dinner service, glasses, Fridge / Freezer, micro-wave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and electric slow cooker, iron, ironing board, and washing machine. Lounge has large LED Smart TV with streamed TV and attached USB drive containing hundreds of films, plus a few separate satellite channels, CD player music system, Blu Ray player and Mesh 50 Mbit WiFi6 with Internet. All luxury cotton bath and hand towels are provided and all the necessary bed linen. The property is fully cleaned, with bed linen and towels changed at the end of every week for guests staying 10 days or more. Taxi fare from town centre (if needed) is presently only 3 to 4 euros. Mobile phone signal strength is excellent in Playa Blanca for keeping in touch with family at home and facebook etc.
The Apartment is also very spacious and surrounded by approx 2M high walling and fencing, to provide a secluded, wind sheltered and private atmosphere, within a quiet residential area and with ample on street free parking. External terrace and portable BBQ with table and two chairs for outside dining and 2 loungers complete with beach towels for additional comfort. Apartment rent is for 2 persons, 5 nights minimum and long term rental up to 3 months available. See discount rates for 7 nights and longer. Rates are based per night for the whole Apartment and NOT per person.
For your safety and security, the Apartment has decorative flowered security grills to the opening windows that also have security shutters. There are also two external CCTV security cameras, one at the front of the property and one at the rear. The cameras are not fully monitored and the recordings are on a loop system that overwrite after 4 to 6 days. It is therefore important that guests advise maintenance as soon as possible should any unusual activity occur so that recordings can be saved before overwritten. For anyone who wishes to sunbathe, with shall we say less clothing than normal, then please feel free to cover any of the cameras with a baseball cap or any other suitable material. All Cameras are easily accessible. We do not supply fabric cushion pads on the loungers as they are not hygienic, and they are very difficult to clean at the required temperature of at least 60 degrees which is needed to stop the transmission of bacteria and diseases. Also plastic covered cushion pads, which are easier to clean, cannot withstand the high temperatures of the Canary Islands. Guests love to sunbathe, and need to cover themselves with sun tan lotions, and also sweat, which is a natural body function when lying in the hot sun. This then always stains the cushions. We provide fresh clean hygienic and washed beach towels for a little more comfort when using the loungers. If more comfort is required, nice new and fresh lounger cushions can be purchased by guests at the nearby China Bazaar from about 15 to 30 euros each, depending on the level of thickness and comfort required. On vacating the property they are to be disposed of in the nearby bins. Our primary concern is to provide a safe and clean environment for our guests.
