The space
As well as a spacious kitchen, this modern apartment's open-plan living area flows into a large entertainment deck outside. The stylish outdoor furniture makes it an ideal spot for a morning coffee or to unwind at night with a glass of wine or beer. Just off the kitchen, you will find tastefully appointed furniture and modern art to enjoy whilst cooking, eating, or socialising. The living and dining area features a comfortable couch to relax on, along with a swanky arm chair, large smart screen TV with Netflix, and a dining table for four.

In the summertime, cook up a storm and head outside to the entertainment area to enjoy your food, connect with your partner, or perhaps socialise with a friend or enjoy some solo time. If you want a night out to explore the Bay's local cuisine, you will find a delicious range of eateries in and around the coast and in the seaside village of Takapuna - just a 10-minute drive from the complex!

Takapuna is known for its seaside cafes that serve some of Auckland's best fish and chips - a classic kiwi staple. Anzac Street, Lake Road, and Hurstmere all form a triangle dotted with Korean barbecue joints, sushi bars, lively pubs and nightclubs. Along with its many restaurants, the area is renowned for its white-sanded beaches. Takapuna Beach is just a short 15-minute drive from the apartment, while Sylvan Park overlooking Lake Pupuke is under 10 minutes by car.

Back in Castor Bay, Milford Beach is a 5-minute drive and only a 20-minute walk from your accommodation. You will also find the Milford Cruising Club here, where you can learn to sail or enjoy one of the many racing events. For business travel or special occasions, the club also offers a venue for hire and optional catering services. The club's facilities sit amongst the beautiful Pōhutukawa trees at the Milford Reserve.

Longer Stays:
-Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:
- Guests to provide expected check-in time - will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
Guests to provide expected check-out time(latests being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).
Guest must view check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.
Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
Carpark(if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:
Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.
