Located just 10 minutes from downtown Columbia and 15 minutes to Williams-Bryce stadium. This adorable 3 bed/2 bath house is offers all the essentials that you will need to make this vacation feel like home, and offers enough space to sleep up to 12 guests. Come make yourself at home at the Ronnie Runner!

The Space:
**Please note: we do not currently have a washer and dryer listed as an amenity. They are scheduled to be installed soon!**
As you enter through the front door, you enter into the living room area with a window looking into the kitchen and dining area with bar seating. The Kitchen has all the essentials to make this house feel like a home, including appliances, cookware, dishes, and silverware.
Down the hall on the left, you will find the 3 bedrooms, guest bath and master bathroom.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This is a great residential neighborhood located just outside of the downtown area.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
