Great Place even better location!

This spot was perfect for our stay in New Orleans. It is big and close to great restaurants and very close to the convention center that we were exhibiting at. I would recommend this place and would come back.

Location Location Location!

I wish I could rate this a 4.5 overall We could not have been happier with the location. You are just blocks away from all NOLA offers and yet it is a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely choose this property again. We loved the security and the atmosphere I rated the accuracy of the listing as a 3 only because we chose the property so everyone could have their own bathroom. The listing stated 4 bedroom 4 bathroom with each bedroom having one. What we wound up with 3 and a half bathrooms and one bedroom not having a bathroom. The listing also states you are not guaranteed the property in the photos but I expected at least comparable to the description. This was definitely manageable although inconvenient. PSA—the furniture is all low to the floor— beds and sofa. If you have knee or hip issues you will need to take this into consideration. Check in and check out was a breeze and we had no issues communicating with the host Definitely worth your consideration if you are staying in NOLA

Stayed between Christmas & New Year’s with my two college-age children - plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but all under one roof together - we’ve done this for the last five years or so in NOLA - this was the best set-up by far - we love the Warehouse District - property is within walking distance of just about everything we want to do except for a few restaurants uptown - overall A+

Wonderful place for a gathering

We stayed in their New Orleans property recently (Sep'22). We were 9 of us (all guys) who stayed for 3 nights and the house was a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo with a huge patio/verandah which can be accessed from 2 bedrooms and living room (2 different doors). HUGE Patio! Neat house, nice utensils, no hassle of cleaning the stuff like the usual VRBO houses. We however trashed regularly as the trash discarding room was just 2 doors away from our house. Location wise definitely a 5 star and Bourbon street would be a 11-12 min walk. Parking wise - we got street parking and needs to be paid between 8 AM - 7 PM and sundays holidays. Would I stay here again? Yes, i would. I did see they have properties in Miami too. If we have another gathering, Sextant would be my preferred choice (if they properties in those cities). This should also be good place to stay for families. We did the booking through VRBO and it looks like you can do the booking directly as well. My entire group loved the house. Thanks Sextant for the house and the amazing customer service which was available for answering our queries through VRBO as well as text message.

Great Apartment!

This is a great apartment in a very nice part of town. It is minutes away from the French Quarter and short walking distance from amazing restaurants, good bars, art galleries and museums. The only hitch is parking, which is not included with the rental; though it seems to be accessible from the building. Parking on the street is available, for 2hr periods for $6. It is free after 7pm and on Sundays. There is a parking garage around the corner, in which overnight parking runs to over $30. Having this in mind, it was a great place to stay and we highly recommend it!

whatban amazing space!

We absolutely loved this space. I didn't expect it to be so big. I thought the decor was completely creative and on point. The proximity to everything was a bonus. There are literally great restaurants and cafes within a 2 minute walk in every direction.
