Treetop 39 - Snowshoe , Short walk to The Village!

Treetop 39 is a cozy two-story, 2 bed/1.5 bath townhome in the Treetop complex. Set back behind the trees, the Treetop community offers total privacy.

The 1st floor offers a fully stocked kitchen, half bathroom, dining for six, and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa couch, wood-burning fireplace and (new!) private deck.

The bedrooms on the 2nd floor provide complete privacy from the main level. The master suite features a queen bed, private deck, and connects to the shared full bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed, while the hallway has 2 child-size bunk beds for the kids to enjoy comfortably.

The home is conveniently located just 130 yards from the slopes and a quick 3-minute walk to the Village. Additionally, the complex is located directly across from Wildcat Provisions and a short walk to Split Rock Pools.
**Please Note: Snowshoe Mountain Resort temporarily closes from mid-October to Thanksgiving every year for transition from mountain bike season to ski season. It is a beautiful area to explore and plenty of outdoor adventures anytime of the year, but please know amenities will be limited. Please contact us with any questions.
A Few Notes to Mention
Snowshoe Mountain Resort is known as the Island in the Sky, providing top-rated amenities and entertainment at an elevation of 4848 feet in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. Due to its location, there is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe, and WIFI in the Village may be unreliable. Please be sure to have directions and contact numbers prior to traveling.
At Elevation Vacation Rentals we know how important connectivity is – even while vacationing – which is why we offer free WIFI at all our properties.

Ten days prior to your arrival you will have access to our online Guest Portal. The Guest Portal is your hub for important (and helpful!) information regarding your stay. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with the door code, Wi-Fi, and home location information.

Cozy Stay

It was a last-minute planned trip, but this place did not disappoint. It was perfect for 6 people. Everything we needed was available especially in the kitchen. We all enjoyed our stay!

Nice location and good for a group of guys having fun

Dirty socks on the floor. Found vaping device in bedroom. Close to the slopes within walking distance. Good for what we used it for which was just for a place to sleep.

A few things to note, All the firewood they provided was wet. The master bedroom, the heater did not work.the room was very cold all trip. Super close to the slopes

Very Old and Need of Work

Everything is old and wasn’t as clean as needed. Sink was leaking and heater fan from the 70s didn’t run. It is a time capsule from the late 70s.

Great location for no frills, low cost accommodations.

If you are cost conscious and don’t need any frills, but want to be close to the village and slopes, Treetop #39 is the place to be. Reservations and keyless check-in was a breeze. Place was clean and provided all we needed for a long weekend stay. Easy walk to the village and slopes at Ballhooter lift. I would stay here again.

Cozy Cabin

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was comfy and clean. Had plenty of towels, more than needed, but loved we didn’t run out. Liked we could cook meals and feel like we are at home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and slept comfortably every night. Liked the proximity to the slopes, an easy walk. Appreciated the Crockpot being provided, that was an added bonus and kind gesture and much appreciated. Pillows and blankets were comfortable and clean. We were able to dry our pool towels and any wet clothing from snowboarding all day. Was just a very pleasant stay. Only issue was people not being considerate when parking and taking up multiple spots by the condo and parking in front of our condo. But that doesn’t effect how we felt about the cabin. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We will def. Be coming back and will book #39 again!!!’

property is well-located and good for a family. However, it is a bit old. We stopped having hot water at some point and had to call maintenance. kitchen was also not well equipped and bedrooms upstairs were a bit cold because of heating issues
