Clean condo with beautiful views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Basic, clean 2/2 gulf front condo with beautiful view. Condo was clean and master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had the basic necessities and a blender. Bath towels were very cheap, so if you’re picky, bring your own. My family especially enjoyed the stay and play program that allows you one free ticket per day. We rented beach chairs and cooler but next time we will utilize the beach service on the beach instead of dragging our own chairs down everyday.

Great Location!!

You can’t beat the location, right on the beach with balcony overlooking beach and pool. Condo layout was perfect for us - bedrooms separated and each has own bathroom. Will definitely be back!

Proximity to beach was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The realty company was professional, wouldn’t say kind...but it worked. Was a little confusing with “must download APP” but then they didn’t really use it, used text and email instead. But we figured it out. The condo at Surf Side Shores was very convenient to everything, most importantly the beach! View was great of pool and beach. Condo itself was basic. Lacked in storage, but had the basics. Just glad we only stayed 3 nights. Couch was not comfortable for sitting, cushion was just gone. Probably should be replaced. It would be nice to have some rugs....would make more homey. The balcony was nice. Had basic furniture. Bath towels were cheap and rough, Condo needs a broom, but again, no big deal. I was surprised you could hear through the walls...neighbors but also water running through pipes. Overall, the stay was okay, we won’t stay at this specific condo again.

Overall enjoyable

The property listed was accurately listed and photographed. The property was clean and located a very short and easy walk to and from the beach. However, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left there was the strongest stench of old, sour beer coming from somewhere in the kitchen and we could not find where it was coming from nor did any amount of cleaning everywhere in the kitchen get rid of the smell. The second issue we had was the sliding door to the washer and dryer was broken and would not stay on the track. I called to report the damaged door and was assured that a maintenance worker would be sent to repair it. The worker came and said he needed a part and would be right back and never returned. The door fell on my two year old and myself, lucky it did not harm my child, it did however cut my leg open. Aside from those two issues the property was excellent and we had a great time.

BETTER PATIO FURNITURE

We didn’t spend much time on the balcony because one chair was already broken so we didn’t trust the quality of the plastic table or chairs. we had such a great time at this condo! it was very nice and updated, kitchen was stocked with anything you might need, the convenience of the location was perfect. close to anything you might want to go to! i would overall recommend this rental!

It needed a good cleaning. After arriving we noticed our feet were black from walking inside the condo barefoot. I took a paper towel and wiped one square on the floor and it was disgusting. The ceiling fan blades had a dust coating them, bathroom light bulbs were out (both bathrooms), exhaust fan in front bathroom sounded horrible, cushion on deck lounge chair needs replaced (black spots/mold?) and the coffee pot could not be used!! It appeared to be new but the tray where the coffee grounds go was jammed and could not be pulled out.

Loved it!

Extremely happy with this condo. Loved that we were on the second floor and could use the stairs instead of waiting on one elevator. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was updated and we felt very much at home. My only complaint was the cleaning service. definitely not up to my standards. We have stayed in 2 different condos in Surf Side and this one was BY FAR our favorite

This unit was very accessible to the beach. The property security was great! The only thing this unit could stand is the bedroom with the king size bed be lowered to a queen. Nowhere to put your clothing. All in all a great place for the price!

The calculation per day was incorrect

When we had to leave one day early because of the beaches were closed, I ask for a one day refund and was lied to. They quoted me the incorrect daily costs saying I got the last day free when my confirmed cost per day didn’t state that. I was very disappointed about been lied to regarding the rate per day.
