and mountain views from the edge of Nelson Preserve. Tucked into Suncadia’s
Cabins at the Farm neighborhood, it offers a peaceful retreat close to trails, parks,
and resort activities.
At the heart of the home, a dining area and great room open through bi-fold Nano
doors that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living. All of this unfolds
beneath soaring 20-foot ceilings inside and a cedar tongue-and-groove awning
outside, amplifying the sense of space and connection to the meadow beyond.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare holiday
feasts or quick snacks. The open-concept layout of the lower level keeps everyone
connected—whether cooking, playing games, enjoying the big game or family
movie night on the Smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the sweeping
meadow views, bringing the outside in.
Sleeping arrangements suit couples and families alike. Two ensuite bedrooms
with king beds deliver hotel-style comfort and privacy—perfect for two couples
or grandparents joining the trip. A third bedroom offers a queen bed for
additional flexible space. Three sets of bunk beds create a fun sleepover zone for
kids and teens.
Outside, the large patio draws you into nature's rhythm. Deer and wild turkeys
frequently wander past as neighbors, while a herd of elk often grazes in the giant
meadow off the back patio. Adirondack chairs and firepit create the perfect
morning coffee spot, framed by stunning views as the sun rises over the
mountains to the east and light moves across the meadow. Gather around the gas
firepit for s'mores, a glass of wine, or unwind in the private hot tub positioned to
soak up the view of a billion stars.
