Do you like appliances you can’t plug in? Drawers that are so stuck shut by poor paint jobs that you almost pull a muscle trying to open them? Do you like finding a jar of super worms in your closet? Do you like funky odors and moist rooms with moisture bags and dehumidifiers in every corner? Do you like being lied to about towels being included? Well then this is your dream home, my team on the other hand doesn’t like any of those things. To start this stay from hell we were asked to not check in until after 5 pm, we were in town for a golf tournament so since my friend got off at 2 she had to go get another hotel for the night because she was so tired. Upon arriving the house had an extremely strange smell and felt very moist. There’s a dehumidifier in the living room and master bedroom and moisture bags in every closet. In the smaller room the closet contained a moisture bag and a container of “super worms”. The other smaller room had an extremely foul smell and we had to purchase a fan to circulate some air to make it bearable. I am extremely sensitive to mold and woke up each morning extremely puffy with immense allergies which is not common for me. My team had similar problems with the moisture. The description said the property would include towels however when reaching out to the host regarding said towels she said the cleaning crew burned them all and no towels will be provided so we had to go out and buy towels.
