For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

THE BUILDING.

The Facto building is modern and complete, combining unique and extensive infrastructure with barbecue, gym, kids space, wet and dry sauna, gourmet space, heated pool, massage space, laundry, party room, 24-hour security, co-working, mini -market and pet area.

The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment.
