CasaMaïa is a spacious two-level, two-bedroom apartment. We’re excited to host families or large groups. Our apartment offers 3 main sleeping arrangements, comfortably fitting 6 guests. We’re happy to provide extra sleeping air beds for larger groups, accommodating up to 12 people.

🚘 Parking Space:

Free public parking spots are typically available in front of the apartment. Please note: parking is prohibited on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM due to street cleaning.

📍 Location: We’re delighted to welcome you to our favorite part of Montreal. This area is safe, vibrant, and has a cool, local vibe that we love—it’s got a bit of hipster flair too! It’s a place where Montrealers like to hang out, so you’ll get a real feel for the city here. Picnicking along the Lachine Canal, paddleboarding, biking, famous cocktail bars, and highly-rated restaurants are all nearby. And don’t worry, all the must-see spots in Montreal are just 20 minutes away, so you can easily explore everything the city has to offer.

Another cozy room is located in the basement, equipped with a double bed, dresser, mirror, and blackout curtains. An additional air bed is available for one or two extra people if needed.

A living room on the ground floor is equipped with a sofa. It also features a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk and office chair. An additional air bed is available for one or two extra people if needed.

🛋️ Living Room 2:

The basement living room features a sofa bed and additional seating for gatherings. It also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. It includes a TV with Netflix. The sofa bed easily converts into a sleeping space at night. For extra guests, an additional air bed is available, accommodating one or two people if needed.

🥣 Kitchen:

This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals! It includes a kettle, coffee maker, plenty of pots, pans, and platters for large meals, serving utensils for 10 people, a full set of chef knives, an oven, and a stovetop. We also keep the storage and pantry stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee drips.

🍽️ Dining Area:

The dining area features a table with 6 chairs and access to the balcony and backyard.

🛁 Bathroom 1:

Equipped with a bathtub and shower. We provide bath towels, hand towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

🚽 Bathroom 2:

An extra toilet is located next to the living room in the basement.
