This property showcases a recently updated house suitable for 14 guests. Upon entering from the garage, visitors are welcomed by life-sized games, a fish filleting station, and an eight-person table for card games or drinks. The French doors, which remain optionally open, lead to a ping pong area that allows for interaction with others in the garage.

The upstairs houses two bedrooms: the master bedroom features a warm gas fireplace and a large shower, while the second bedroom has a private bathtub and shower.

Adjacent to the second bedroom is the laundry room/half bath, stocked with 20 beach towels, laundry appliances, a sink, and cleaning supplies for guest use.

The kitchen, opposite the master bedroom, is spacious and fully stocked, including four bar stools for casual dining or conversation, a double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and a coffee station. It also includes a blender, smoothie maker, microwave, slow cookers, and BBQ tools.

Next to the kitchen is the dining area, seating six, with a view of the serene lake. The main living area features a 60" smart TV, a sofa, and two leather chairs, all facing sliding glass doors that frame the lake's tranquil vista.

Step out from the dining room to find the natural gas grill, which operates without propane, and an outdoor table that seats six. Next to the deck, safeguarded with a baby gate for the protection of little ones, is a hot tub with room for six. A brief walk will take you to kayaks and paddleboards ready for use on the lake. While we provide mosquito and bug services, please note that in an outdoor environment, we cannot fully control the presence of insects or wildlife.

Downstairs, the basement houses two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds, each with a queen and a twin XL. Both rooms boast their own smart TVs. There's also a second living space featuring a sleeper sofa, a 60" smart TV, a dining table for six, and a children's area replete with books, crayons, colored pencils, and coloring books. For further amusement, a selection of board games and cards is available. Additionally, a game room offers darts, foosball, and a life-sized Connect Four, alongside a wet bar complete with drinking and wine glasses, plus an extra full-size refrigerator.

A full-sized bathroom with a tub-shower combo is located near the living room, stocked with plenty of extra towels and washcloths, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers.

We also provide complimentary starter supplies, including 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 paper towel, a few trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets for your convenience.
