This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 2 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)

Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud

The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children per the City of Scottsdale. Per the Casa Del Monte Homeowners Association, we are now required to collect the names of all adult guests, as well as the make, model, and license plate number of each vehicle they will be bringing to the property. This information will be requested prior to check-in. If any other adult guests arrive that are not on the document, they will not be granted access by the security guard unless notified.
