Guest will have access to the entire home with the exclusion of the garage and the owner's closet, which will both be locked.

There is another home on the back of the property that is off limits to guest. The pool does heat. Please reach out via app to inquire prior to your stay.

This is the owner's personal home, so the house is in immaculate shape. There are family photos on the walls.

Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.
—No loud music/noise outside after 10 PM.
—Pets must be approved by the owner. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. Our pet rules are the following: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone.
—All Events or large gatherings must be approved by owners.. Glitter and confetti are not allowed.
—No smoking, of any kind, inside the home. $500 fine
