☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
Our comfortable and spacious home features four bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful and productive stay. All four bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor, along with one full bathroom that offers a shower and tub combination.

The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, plenty of natural light, and a designated workspace with a desk, perfect for those who need to work or study during their stay. This colorful room also offers ample storage space for your belongings and a wall mount split hvac system that doubles as a heater in the winter.

The second bedroom features a similar layout (though with a different but equally lovely color scheme) with a full-sized bed and another desk space, providing plenty of room for groups with more than one remote worker.

The remaining two bedrooms each have a single-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed below, making these spaces ideal for a family with kids or a group of friends traveling together. Each bedroom is equipped with fresh linens, bedside chargers, and plenty of storage space, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

If you have additional guests, or simply want to spread out, there is a bonus room on the main floor with a futon that doubles as a bed. The full bathroom on the main level features a stand-alone shower and a closet with two full-sized stacked washers and dryers. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so no need to overpack!

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM☆☆
The open-concept layout of the common areas makes it easy to feel like part of the action no matter where you are on the main level. The fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, making it easy for you to cook as if you were at home during your stay.

The kitchen comes equipped with a coffee station for all coffee enthusiasts. Use the provided k-cups with the single serve k-cup machine or bring your own coffee and use the grinder, drip coffee,, espresso, or french press machines. If you like, be sure to top off your beverage with the provided creamer and sugar.

Whether you're enjoying a family dinner or a casual meal with friends, the indoor dining table is the perfect spot to gather and share a meal. The convenient breakfast bar offers another space for snacks and meals. If you prefer to dine al fresco, step through the sliding doors onto the deck where you'll find two outdoor dining tables, plus a kids’ size table for any little ones.

The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the Poconos. Cozy up by the fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV, or enjoy a break from screen time with a good book. If you're looking for extra space for your group to spread out, we have a kids’ room with a futon and Smart TV, plus various toys and games to keep the youngest members of your group entertained so that the grownups can enjoy some fun time to themselves.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Escape to the beauty of the Pocono Mountains and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with our spacious deck and yard. The large deck features outdoor dining tables and two grills (one propane and one charcoal) for alfresco meals with family and friends. The highlight of the deck is the hot tub, where you can relax and soak while taking in the views.

The yard is perfect for outdoor activities. The kids will love the play set, while adults can enjoy a game of corn hole or spend some quality time around the fire pit. The yard provides plenty of space for the furry members of your family to run around and play.

You’ll have access to your own private beach and dock. Take a seat on the bench and enjoy the tranquility of nature. When you’re ready to be more active, get out onto the water using one of the kayaks or the peddle boat provided. The lake is perfect for boating, fishing, or just enjoying the serenity of nature.

This lakefront home is in a great location just a short drive to nearby attractions, including Kalahari Resort, Jack Frost, Camelback, Big Boulder, Mount Airy Casino, Split Rock golf course, and more!

As guests, you will have full access to this beautiful home, including the full kitchen, charming bedrooms, hot tub, and laundry facilities. Best of all, you can enjoy lake access via a private dock. Free parking is available on-site.

Please note that we welcome pets for an additional fee of $75 per pet.

As guests, you can buy guest passes to access the wonderful, shared amenities of the Emerald Lakes Community resort. Throughout your stay, you can enjoy the two shared swimming pools, the indoor pool which is open year-round between 11 am and 7 pm. You can also access the resort’s three private lakes, tennis courts, and basketball courts.

Guest passes can be purchased at either the administration office or the indoor pool are; $20 for a one-day pass/pp, $30 for a three-day pass/pp or $50 for a seven-day pass/pp.

When possible, guests can request for an Early Check-in/Late Check-out for an additional fee of $25/hr.

Quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood

Cars are highly recommended for the Poconos. There are Ubers/Lyft/Taxis they are just not very reliable.

Information regarding pets- When outside and not in an enclosed area, pets must always be on a leash, as per PA state law. Any fines from the HOA due to off leash dogs will be charged to the guest. Fines can be upwards of $500.
Pets:
- Pets are allowed but there is a fee of $75. per pet which will be applied after booking. Guests will be held responsible for any and all damage done by pets during their stay.
-Guests are required to pick up dog waste into a waste bag. Guests are
responsible to wipe down the dog & dog feet when entering the house and
keep the dogs off the furniture.
-Guests are required to have pets trained to go outside vs. using pee pads indoors.
- No loud music after 10pm or before 8am as we are courteous to our neighbors.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Parking is limited to the driveway only. 5 cars can fit in the driveway.
- Self check in with a smart lock. Code to be issued by hosts at check-in time.
- Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind. If found, additional fee will be issued.
- Absolutely no fireworks! Guests will be fined $500 by the HOA for any fireworks. If the owner is fined for fireworks guests will be billed accordingly for the fines incurred for fireworks and noise.
- Absolutely NO confetti or glitter. Using confetti or glitter will result in additional cleaning fees.
- No taping items to the walls or ceilings.
Propane tanks:
- Host provides propane tanks for the BBQ grill and gas fire pit. Guest’s are
responsible to refill the propane tanks if required. Refills are available at
the nearby Tractor Supply Co, Rite Aid, Lowe's or Walmart. Please ensure
propane valves are turned off after use of grill or fire pit
- Host provides a wood burning fire pit. Guests are responsible for firewood
if required. Firewood is available at the nearby Tractor Supply Co, Rite Aid,
Lowe's or Walmart
- Please pick up any trash outside the home from your stay (deck, fire pit,
waterfront)
- Do not take any indoor furniture outside
Septic System:
- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No
feminine products, napkins, rags, etc. should be flushed at any time. Please
no food down the sink drain.
-Community Pool and Lake Passes:
Guests are required to purchases passes for all renters 6 years and up from the HOA offices in order to use the community facilities.

A lovely time
We really enjoyed our time here. The house had many amenities both on site and via their local community. It was 2 families with young kids (7 and 5). The kids enjoyed kayaking, playing in the extra room downstairs, and having a sleep over in the bunk bed room. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. A short distance from the house we enjoyed hiking, Kalahari, and a really fun farm/corn maze.

Perfect Labor Day Getaway
Visited the Lake house with another family and all the kids. We were looking for a quiet place to have fun and relax for the long weekend…the lake house did not disappoint. The kids (and adults) loved kayaking, rowing and pedaling around the pond and we even caught a few fish. S’mores out by the fire pit were a big hit. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. We also visited the nearby bowling alley and water park. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we would book the Lake House again!
